Terms & Conditions

High & Dry Festival – Swag Bag Sponsor Terms & Conditions By submitting an application and participating as a Swag Bag Sponsor (“Sponsor”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Overview The Swag Bag Sponsorship provides brands with direct exposure to festival attendees through branded bags and included promotional items. 2. Sponsorship Inclusions Swag Bag Sponsors will receive: Logo printed on official festival swag bags (600+ units) Opportunity to include one (1) approved product or promotional item in each bag Logo placement on website and festival map 2 VIP + 8 GA tickets Inclusion in a group social media post 3. Product / Insert Requirements Sponsors may include one (1) product or promotional item per swag bag All items must be pre-approved by event organizers Items must be appropriate for a 21+ audience and align with the event brand High & Dry Festival reserves the right to reject any item deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the event. 4. Quantity & Delivery Sponsors must provide a minimum of 600 units (final quantity will be confirmed prior to event) All items must be delivered by the specified deadline (to be provided) Late deliveries may result in exclusion from swag bags without refund 5. Quality Standards Items must be of reasonable quality and presentation No damaged, expired, or poorly packaged items will be accepted Event organizers reserve the right to exclude items that do not meet quality expectations 6. Branding Materials Sponsors must provide logo files by the requested deadline for inclusion on swag bags and promotional materials Failure to meet deadlines may result in exclusion from certain deliverables 7. Payment & Refund Policy Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmed If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship will transfer to the new date No refunds will be issued for cancellations or failure to meet requirements 8. Liability Sponsors are responsible for: Their products and promotional items Delivery and fulfillment of required quantities High & Dry Festival and its affiliates are not liable for: Loss, damage, or issues related to sponsor-provided items 9. Right to Refuse or Remove High & Dry Festival reserves the right to: Deny any sponsorship application Reject any product or promotional item Remove a sponsor from participation if terms are not met No refunds will be issued in cases of non-compliance. 10. Agreement By submitting this application, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
