About the event

Visit your local pool for a night of fun! Meadows, Town Hall and Hyland Hills will be hosting all the happy summer break kids. We will provide music and even a slice of pizza for each attendee. Bring some cash if you'd like a frozen treat from one of the vendors at each location. Yes, we know Friday is the last day but our pool party is the following Tuesday as we have a concert scheduled on June 13th. Hyland Hills Pool will close at 3:30pm to prepare for the party. The Splash Park and Meadows Spa are not open during the event. Valid for residents of South Riding with active pool passes and guests are not permitted.

About the application

Nothing beat a summer pool party..! As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. Want to brand a give away or promotional item? Reach out to Bobby as early as possible, ideally 8 weeks if you need help, to make sure the staff and set up goes smoothly to have your swag ready for the kids! Please note: we reach capacity at all the pools for this event which is over 1000 people throughout the three locations and time frame. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to magazine@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleaes send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Terms & Conditions

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. No food or drink may be given away or sold without prior approval from South Riding. You may contact Bobby Kittel at bkittel@southriding.net No refunds will be given for ANY reason.
