Sleigh, Darling! Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Confirmation and Payment
Sponsorships are confirmed upon acceptance by Project Pride SRQ and receipt of full payment. Benefits correspond to the sponsorship level purchased. The presenting sponsorship is limited to one sponsor.

Recognition Deadlines
Payment and approved logos must be received by November 20, 2026, to guarantee inclusion in printed sponsor signage. Sponsorships accepted through November 27, 2026, after the print deadline will receive remaining available digital and event recognition benefits. Printed recognition cannot be guaranteed after November 20.

Sponsor Information and Materials
Sponsors must provide their preferred recognition name, high-resolution logo, website link, and social media handle, as applicable. Recognition begins after confirmation and receipt of approved materials. Previously published or produced materials will not be revised.

By submitting a name or logo, sponsors authorize Project Pride SRQ to use it to fulfill sponsorship recognition associated with this event.

Recognition Benefits
Logo size, placement, and recognition will reflect the sponsorship level and available space. Shared or collective acknowledgments may include multiple sponsors. Social media and email benefits refer to the placements listed in the selected package; audience reach, engagement, media coverage, and business results are not guaranteed.

Included Admissions
Sponsorships include the following event admissions:

• Tinsel Tycoon — $5,000: Eight admissions
• Jingle Bell Rockstar — $2,500: Six admissions
• Ho Ho Ho Crew — $1,000: Four admissions

• Santa’s Helpers — $500: Two admissions

Guest names are due December 4, 2026. Included admissions count toward event capacity. Additional admissions may be purchased subject to availability. Unused admissions do not reduce the sponsorship amount.

Additional Activities and Exclusivity
Sponsorship does not include a speaking opportunity, vendor space, product distribution, or exclusive rights within a business category unless separately agreed in writing. The presenting sponsor designation is exclusive to the confirmed presenting sponsor.

Mission Alignment
Sponsor participation and submitted materials are subject to Project Pride SRQ’s approval for consistency with its mission and event standards. Sponsorship recognition does not constitute an endorsement of a sponsor’s products or services.

Changes and Cancellations
Sponsors should notify Project Pride SRQ promptly if they need to cancel or change their participation. Any request for a refund or adjustment will be reviewed individually, considering benefits already delivered and costs already incurred. Changes to benefits must be agreed upon in writing.

If the event is canceled, rescheduled, or materially changed, Project Pride SRQ will contact sponsors to agree on the treatment of their sponsorship and any undelivered benefits.
