Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our event. By submitting a sponsorship application, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. **Non-Refundable Policy** - All sponsorship fees are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations or changes to the event schedule. 2. **Program Advertisements** - Sponsorship tiers that include an advertisement in the event program require sponsors to submit their ad design for approval no later than **March 31st**. - Ad submissions must comply with the design specifications provided upon application approval. - If no ad is submitted or approved by the deadline, the sponsor’s provided logo will be used in place of an advertisement. 3. **Signage at the Event Entrance** - Sponsorship tiers that include signage at the event entrance require the sign design to be approved by the event organizers prior to production. 4. **Distribution of Promotional Items** - Sponsors distributing items as part of their sponsorship tier must have all items approved by event organizers. 5. **General Requirements** - Sponsorship benefits will only be provided once full payment has been received. - Any materials or items provided must not violate copyright, intellectual property laws, or event policies. 6. **Event Organizer’s Discretion** - The event organizers reserve the right to modify sponsorship benefits or placements to ensure compliance with event logistics and quality standards. Sponsors will be notified of any necessary adjustments. 7. **Indemnity Clause** - The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the sponsor's participation in the event, including any promotional activities or materials.
