Failure to meet deadlines may result in forfeiture of certain benefits.
4. Use of Name & Logo
By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor grants Mt. Sponsors may not use the Fall Fest name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written approval from Mt. Vernon Festivals, Inc.
5. Booth & Exhibit Space (If Applicable)
Sponsors receiving booth or exhibit space must comply with all festival vendor policies, local regulations, and applicable safety codes. Sponsors must adhere strictly to designated setup and teardown times and are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth area throughout the event.
6. Liability & Insurance
Sponsors assume all responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from or related to their sponsorship participation. Proof of general liability insurance may be required for sponsors with on-site activations, exhibits, or interactive elements.
7. Cancellation & Force Majeure
Mt. Vernon Festivals, Inc. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, emergencies, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, sponsorship fees are non-refundable; however, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative promotional or recognition opportunities when feasible.
8. Compliance
Sponsors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, city ordinances, and festival rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of sponsorship benefits without refund.
9. Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to all terms and conditions outlined above.
