Investment: $500 – $999
1. Agreement Overview
By participating as a Honey Bear Sponsor, the Sponsor (“Sponsor”) agrees to these terms and conditions as established by Grizz-Con. These guidelines define the mutual expectations of both parties.
2. Payment and Confirmation
Full payment must be received before any sponsorship benefits are provided. Sponsorships are confirmed only upon payment and a signed agreement. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Logo and Branding Usage
Sponsors must submit a high-quality logo file by the provided deadline. Honey Bear Sponsors will have their logo displayed on the Grizz-Con website. Placement and sizing are at the discretion of Grizz-Con.
4. Booth Space
Sponsors are eligible for a discounted booth space or shared booth depending on sponsorship value and availability. Booth assignment is determined by Grizz-Con. Sponsors are responsible for setup, staffing, and removal of their materials.
5. Event Bag Inclusion
Sponsors may include approved promotional items in attendee event bags. Materials must be submitted before the stated deadline. Late or unapproved submissions may not be included.
6. Conduct and Compliance
All sponsors must adhere to Grizz-Con’s policies, venue regulations, and Code of Conduct. Grizz-Con reserves the right to remove sponsors who violate these terms without refund.
7. Cancellation and Force Majeure
In the event Grizz-Con must cancel, postpone, or alter the event due to unforeseen circumstances, sponsorship benefits will be rescheduled or adjusted. Refunds will not be provided.
8. Liability
Grizz-Con and its affiliates assume no responsibility for loss, theft, injury, or damage. Sponsors participate at their own risk.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing the sponsorship agreement and/or submitting payment, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
