Musicians, Makers and Artists...Oh My! Join us Saturday, September 12 and Sunday September 13, from 11am-6pm in beautiful Downtown Ball Ground for the third year in a row of celebrating the Creatives of North Georgia. This unique event will spread throughout all of Downtown Ball Ground and allow you to experience the magic of Southern Artistry and Craftsmanship. You will get to experience first hand Artists, Makers and Sing-songwriters as they bring their creations to life on the streets of Ball Ground. This collaboration between Black Sheep Promotions and Menagerie on Main will showcase the best artists, makers, song writers and foodies for a day of celebrating the best North Georgia has to offer.

Terms & Conditions

Black Sheep Promotions will provide the Sponsor with the sponsorship opportunity set forth in the Sponsorship Agreement. BSP does not make, and specifically disclaims, any representations or warranties regarding the success or failure of such sponsorship opportunity for the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s Obligations. -Unless otherwise set forth in the Sponsorship Agreement, promptly following execution and delivery of the Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsor shall pay the sponsorship costs to Black Sheep Promotions as set forth in the Sponsorship Agreement. -The Sponsor represents and warrants to Black Sheep Promotions that the Sponsor has the legal right to use the logo, artwork, or other advertising and marketing material provided by it to Black Sheep Promotions. -The Sponsor hereby grants to Black Sheep Promotions a limited, temporary license to use any such logo, artwork, or other advertising and marketing material as set forth in the Sponsorship Agreement. -The Sponsor will indemnify and hold harmless Black Sheep Promotions for any third party claims for breach of any intellectual property rights which might be made against Black Sheep Promotions for using any such logo, artwork, or other advertising and marketing material.
