Thank you for your interest in WAIFUCON® 2026 being held Friday October 23nd - 25th in Downtown, Birmingham, Alabama at the Hilton UAB. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your brand to a diverse audience of anime enthusiasts, gamers, and pop culture fans. Terms & Conditions

WAIFUCON 2026 – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By submitting a sponsorship application for WAIFUCON 2026 (“the Event”), you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions: Application Review: Submitting a sponsorship application does not guarantee placement, approval, or participation in WAIFUCON 2026. All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by Waifucon staff. Confirmation & Payment: Sponsorship is considered confirmed only after official written approval from Waifucon and receipt of full payment (if applicable). Sponsorship benefits and participation details will be provided after confirmation. Materials & Deadlines: Sponsors must provide logos, artwork, ads, or other required materials by the deadlines given. Late submissions may result in exclusion from printed materials, signage, or promotional placements. Conduct & Compliance: Sponsors agree to follow all event, venue, and safety policies and to represent their brand in a respectful and professional manner. Waifucon reserves the right to remove or deny any sponsor, display, or representative that violates event policies or standards. Cancellation: If a sponsor chooses to withdraw after confirmation, no refunds are guaranteed. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Waifucon will communicate next steps, which may include rescheduling or alternate sponsorship options. Liability: Sponsors participate at their own risk. Waifucon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Sponsors agree to hold Waifucon and its partners harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to their participation.
