About the event

K-Bloom Fan Fest is a multi-fandom spring festival celebrating K-pop, anime, gaming, and pop culture communities. Join us on Saturday, May 16 from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Greensboro Shrine Club in Greensboro, NC for a full day of shopping, entertainment, and interactive experiences. The event will feature a curated indoor and outdoor vendor market, a live talent showcase, Random Play Dance, video and tabletop gaming areas, cosplay elements, food trucks, and a Community Hub spotlighting local fandom organizations. Parking is available onsite at the Greensboro Shrine Club. Attendees are encouraged to follow all posted parking directions and event signage upon arrival. This is a family-friendly, inclusive event. We ask all attendees to be respectful of vendors, performers, volunteers, and fellow guests. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Cosplay is welcome; however, no real weapons or unsafe props are permitted. Come ready to shop small, connect with community, and celebrate fandom culture in a safe and welcoming space.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring K-Bloom Fan Fest! K-Bloom is a multi-fandom pop culture event bringing together K-pop, anime, cosplay, gaming, artists, small businesses, and community leaders for a full day of connection, creativity, and celebration in the Triad area. As an inaugural event, we are intentionally building a high-energy, community-driven experience with curated vendors, interactive activities, food trucks, and live programming. We are seeking sponsors who align with our mission of fostering safe spaces, supporting small businesses, and uplifting fandom communities of all ages. Sponsorship Benefits May Include: • Logo placement on event materials and signage • Recognition on social media and marketing campaigns • Logo placement on official event merchandise (tier dependent) • On-stage recognition during programming • Vendor or promotional table space (tier dependent) • Inclusion in raffle giveaways or VIP gift bags • Direct access to a highly engaged niche audience This event is projected to host 200+ attendees, 45+ vendors (indoor and outdoor), and multiple community collaborators. Our early promotional posts have already generated strong engagement and community interest. We welcome financial sponsorships, in-kind donations, raffle contributions, merchandise partnerships, and collaborative activations. Terms & Conditions

By submitting a sponsorship application and/or payment, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms: 1. Sponsorship Confirmation Sponsorship is not confirmed until: • The application has been reviewed and approved by the Event Organizer, and • Full sponsorship payment (or agreed upon in-kind contribution) has been received. The Organizer reserves the right to decline sponsorship applications that do not align with the event’s mission or audience. ⸻ 2. Payment Terms • Sponsorship payments must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadline listed in the approval email. • Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits and placement. • All payments must include the business name and event name in the transaction description. ⸻ 3. Refund Policy • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organizer. • If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including weather, venue issues, or force majeure), sponsorship benefits may transfer to the rescheduled date. ⸻ 4. Logo & Promotional Materials Sponsors are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and promotional assets by the requested deadline. The Organizer is not responsible for low-quality print results due to improperly submitted files. If logos are not submitted by the deadline, inclusion on printed materials or merchandise cannot be guaranteed. ⸻ 5. Sponsorship Benefits Benefits (such as logo placement, vendor space, stage recognition, etc.) are based on the selected sponsorship tier and are subject to production deadlines. Placement size and positioning of logos on merchandise, signage, and marketing materials are at the discretion of the Organizer. ⸻ 6. Conduct & Brand Alignment Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at the event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any sponsor whose conduct, messaging, or materials are deemed: • Discriminatory • Unsafe • Disruptive • In conflict with the event’s community standards No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct. ⸻ 7. Compliance & Licensing Sponsors providing food, services, or regulated activities must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including applicable permits and licenses. The Organizer is not responsible for ensuring sponsor regulatory compliance. ⸻ 8. Liability Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property, staff, and materials. The Organizer, venue, and affiliated collaborators are not liable for: • Loss • Theft • Damage • Injury Sponsors are encouraged to carry appropriate business insurance. ⸻ 9. Force Majeure The Organizer shall not be held liable for cancellation or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. ⸻ 10. Agreement By submitting payment and/or participating as a sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
