The MelaMarkets, in collaboration with the Lakes of Windermere HOA, is bringing neighbors together for The Magic of Spring Market, a spring celebration during Easter and spring break featuring local vendors, a community yard sale, an Easter egg hunt, and seasonal fun for the whole family.

We're seeking sponsors to help cover the cost of Easter egg hunt supplies, treats for children, and the materials needed to make this community event memorable. Contributions will help us create a fun, welcoming experience where families can connect, discover local businesses, shop, and enjoy the season together.

Every contribution helps us make the event more enjoyable and accessible for local families.

Sponsor Recognition

As a thank-you for your support, sponsors will receive:

• Live Recognition: A shout-out from our DJ during The Magic of Spring Market.
• Personalized Social Media Recognition: A dedicated sponsor post on Facebook and Instagram from both The MelaDen and Seraphyne’s Events.
• Event Sponsor Listing: Inclusion in a final social media post featuring the event's vendors and sponsors.
• Complimentary Vendor Space: Sponsors contributing $100 or more may also receive a free vendor space, subject to availability, event suitability, and organizer approval.

By submitting a sponsorship application for The Magic Market, applicants agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorship contributions support event-related expenses, including Easter Bunny, photography, complimentary refreshments, egg decor supplies and equipment, and other approved event costs.

 Contributions may be monetary or in the form of goods or services, subject to organizer approval.

2. Application and Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee sponsorship acceptance or event participation. The MelaMarkets reserves the right to review applications and approve sponsorships based on event needs, suitability, and available recognition opportunities.

3. Sponsor Recognition

• A verbal shout-out from the event DJ during The Magic Market.
• A personalized sponsor post on Facebook and Instagram from The MelaDen and Seraphyne’s Events.
• Inclusion in a final social media post listing the event's vendors and sponsors.

Publication timing and post content are at the discretion of the organizers. Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate business names, social media handles, logos, and other requested materials by the communicated deadline.

4. Complimentary Vendor Space

Sponsors contributing $100 or more may be offered one complimentary vendor space, subject to availability, event suitability, and organizer approval.

The space is not guaranteed solely by meeting the contribution amount. Sponsors wishing to vend must provide any required application information and comply with all vendor guidelines, setup requirements, and event policies.

The complimentary space has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

5. Use of Contributions

Contributions will be applied toward The Merry Market's event expenses at the organizer's discretion. Although the organizers intend to use sponsorship funds to support the advertised activities, individual contributions are not earmarked for a specific purchase unless expressly agreed upon in writing. If an activity cannot be provided, funds may be redirected to other approved event expenses.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

Seraphyne’s Events and its event partners reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, insufficient funding, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Sponsor recognition and participation arrangements may be adjusted accordingly. Any refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated directly to affected sponsors.

7. Tax Treatment

Sponsorship contributions are made to support an event organized by Seraphyne’s Events and are not automatically tax-deductible charitable donations. The MelaDen Incorporated's nonprofit status does not automatically make contributions to this event tax-deductible. Sponsors are responsible for consulting their tax professional regarding the treatment of their contributions.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Sponsorship does not guarantee sales, customer attendance, business leads, or other commercial outcomes.
