By submitting a sponsorship application, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Review and Approval
All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by the event organizers. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to accept or decline sponsorship requests at their discretion.
2. Sponsorship Confirmation
A sponsorship is considered confirmed only after the application has been approved and payment has been received or a written agreement has been finalized between the sponsor and the event organizers.
3. Payment Terms
Sponsors agree to submit payment according to the terms outlined in the sponsorship agreement or invoice. Sponsorship benefits may not be activated until payment has been received.
4. Use of Sponsor Branding
By participating as a sponsor, the sponsor grants permission for Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers to use the sponsor’s name, logo, and approved brand assets in event marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and event signage related to the sponsored event.
5. Marketing and Promotional Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, promotional materials, and branding assets by any deadlines provided by the event organizers. Failure to meet submission deadlines may affect placement or inclusion in certain promotional materials.
6. Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner consistent with the community-focused nature of the Juneteenth Augusta Celebration. Event organizers reserve the right to revoke sponsorship recognition if conduct or promotional activity is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event’s mission.
7. Event Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event programming, schedules, or event details as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been received and sponsorship benefits have been activated, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the event organizers.
9. Liability
Sponsors acknowledge that Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for circumstances beyond their control that may impact the event, including weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.
10. Brand and Mission Alignment
Juneteenth Augusta events are community-centered celebrations that reflect the values of culture, unity, and respect. Event organizers reserve the right to decline, limit, or revoke sponsorship participation if a sponsor’s business practices, promotional materials, or brand messaging are determined to be inconsistent with the mission, values, or community standards of the Juneteenth Augusta Celebration.
Agreement
By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
