Welcome to the Tomato Festival! Reynoldsburg is proud to be the home of the tomato and we can't wait to share all of the tomato-lly awesome fun with you! Have a great time with us and enjoy some of our signature activities such as the pizza challenge, spaghetti eating contest, tomato royalty pageant, tomato contest, car show, live musical performances from your favorite bands and SO much more! There are activities for all ages to enjoy over the three days of the festival and you are guaranteed to have an amazing time! The Tomato Festival is our signature event and we are so proud to share it with you all.

About the application

Sensory Time is reserved exclusively for our special needs festival attendees to be able to enjoy the festival in a more relaxed setting. We want them to have the best experience possible and have the opportunity to participate. *IMPORTANT: The print deadline for t-shirts is Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Sponsorship applications will remain open but we cannot add business logos once shirts have gone into production. RIDE SPONSOR ($4,000): Presenting Sponsor Promo Live Announcement Logo and Company Name displayed at festival, on marketing materials, festival t-shirt, and website Introduced on stage as sponsor EVENT SPONSOR ($800): Live Announcement Introduced on stage as sponsor Logo and Company Name displayed at festival, on marketing materials, festival t-shirt, and website FOOD SPONSOR ($600): Introduced on stage as sponsor Logo and Company Name displayed at festival, on marketing materials, festival t-shirt, and website TENT SPONSOR ($500): Logo and company name on marketing materials Logo and company name on tent Logo and company name on website

Terms & Conditions

The City of Reynoldsburg agrees to provide services as outlined in the sponsorship proposal. The undersigned waives and releases all rights and claims that might be held against the City of Reynoldsburg, its duly elected officials and its employees to save and hold harmless the City from losses, damages or injuries. The City is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival name and logo or City of Reynoldsburg logo. No sponsor may use the above stated logos without specific written approval from the City of Reynoldsburg.
