Investment: Based on the value of in-kind donation
1. Agreement Overview
By participating as a Cub Sponsor, the Sponsor (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions as set forth by Grizz-Con. This agreement applies to in-kind donations of goods or services in lieu of monetary payment.
2. Donation Value and Confirmation
The value of in-kind donations will be assessed and agreed upon by Grizz-Con and the Sponsor prior to confirmation. Benefits are assigned based on the determined value and are non-refundable once the agreement is finalized.
3. Logo and Branding Usage
Depending on the assessed value, Sponsor logos may appear on the Grizz-Con website, printed materials, or both. Sponsors must provide approved logo files by the designated deadline. Placement and sizing are determined by Grizz-Con.
4. Booth Space
If the in-kind donation value exceeds a certain threshold as determined by Grizz-Con, the Sponsor may be eligible for booth space. Booth size and placement will be assigned based on event logistics. Sponsors are responsible for setup and compliance with venue policies.
5. Social Media Mention
Cub Sponsors will receive a thank-you post on Grizz-Con’s official social media channels. Timing and content of the post will be managed by Grizz-Con’s marketing team.
6. Advertising
Sponsors will receive a mention in the official event program, with placement determined by donation value and publication layout.
7. Conduct and Compliance
All sponsors and their representatives must comply with Grizz-Con’s Code of Conduct and venue regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal of sponsorship benefits without further compensation.
8. Cancellation and Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification due to circumstances beyond Grizz-Con’s control, sponsorship benefits will be adjusted or rescheduled as appropriate. No refunds or exchanges of in-kind value will be provided.
9. Liability
Grizz-Con is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event. Sponsors participate at their own risk.
10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting an in-kind donation and signing the sponsorship agreement, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
