About the event

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall is one of the most visited war memorials in Washington, D. C., and is dedicated to the 58, 281 U.S. servicemembers who fought and died in the Vietnam War. The Wall is also called the ‘Wall that Heals’ as it brings honor, respect, and healing to those who served during this difficult time in our history. The traveling Wall is 3/4 scale size of the original in Washington, D.C. and is accompanied by a Mobile Education Center.

Terms & Conditions

Banner Deadline To ensure your organization's logo or name is included on the official event banner, all sponsorships must be confirmed by Friday, September 6, 2024. Any sponsorships received after this date will not be featured on the event banner. Final Ad Deadline Sponsorships confirmed after September 6, 2024 will still be included in the final promotional materials, including the event program and digital ads, which will be released closer to the event. ​Late Donations (During the Event and After) While we deeply appreciate any contributions made during and after The Wall That Heals event, please note that donations received the week of, during, and after the event begins may not qualify for the full range of promised deliverables (e.g., banner inclusion, event program mentions, or other promotional opportunities). We welcome all donations, but due to the timing of the event, we are unable to guarantee the same level of visibility or benefits as outlined for early sponsorships. Thank you for your understanding and support as we honor our veterans and their families.
