Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in being a part of The Heart of Virginia Festival! The Heart of Virginia Festival is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. All sponsor names and in-kind sponsors will appear on the Festival official website (www.heartofvirginia.org) and the Festival's social media. Sponsorship Levels The festival has 6 sponsorship levels: • Individual ($100) sponsorships are designed for individuals and the donation may be give in honor or memory of another individual • Supporting ($250) sponsorships are designed for businesses • Festival ($500) sponsorships are designed for businesses that would like a booth at the festival • Activity ($1000) and Stage ($2500) sponsorships are designed for businesses that would like to support our music stages, children’s activities, and other special events • Presenting ($5000) sponsorships are designed for businesses that would like top billing on all printed festival materials and on the festival’s website Ad Information Ads must be approved by the sponsor and submitted to the Festival no later than August 1, 2026. Ads must be saved as correctly-sized, 300ppi, maximum-quality JPGs or PNGs. See the attached Ad Spec Sheet for additional information. No Ad? No Problem! Supporting Sponsors and up have the option to request that the Festival create an ad for them (used only with approval from the sponsor) for an additional $50.

Individual Sponsor	$100.00	Non-refundable	Individual level sponsorships are reserved for individuals wishing to sponsor the festival, not businesses. The individual's name will appear in Festival Brochure and the donation may be made “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” other individuals instead. Please include any information under the special requests section.
Supporting Sponsor	$250.00	Non-refundable	Please see the Sponsorship Brochure on the right to pick your preferred level.
Festival Sponsor	$500.00	Non-refundable	Please see the Sponsorship Brochure on the right to pick your preferred level.
Activity Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	Please see the Sponsorship Brochure on the right to pick your preferred level.
Stage Sponsor	$2,500.00	Non-refundable	Please see the Sponsorship Brochure on the right to pick your preferred level.
Presenting Sponsor	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	Please see the Sponsorship Brochure on the right to pick your preferred level.
Ad Creation	$50.00	Non-refundable	No ad? No problem! Sponsors have the option to request that the Festival create an ad for them (used only with approval from the sponsor).
