Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala Step onto the red carpet and into one of SC Pride’s most unforgettable nights as Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala returns for 2026. Hosted by Famously Hot South Carolina Pride, Revelry is where celebration meets impact, bringing together community leaders, LGBTQ+ advocates, allies, donors, and changemakers for a bold and glamorous night of Pride, purpose, and connection. Guests will enjoy an open bar featuring signature cocktails, elevated food offerings from Scott Hall Catering, a silent auction, live entertainment, dancing with DJ EZ, and unforgettable performances from the 2026 OUTfest Court and OUTfest Idol. Throughout the evening, attendees will also be the first to experience exciting reveals surrounding the upcoming Famously Hot South Carolina Pride Festival, including the announcement of this year’s special festival headliners. The evening will also feature the presentation of Famously Hot South Carolina Pride’s annual community awards honoring individuals and organizations making a lasting impact across our state, along with crowd-favorite awards recognizing attendees who truly bring their own personal style to the celebration. More than a gala, Revelry is an investment in the future of Pride in South Carolina. Proceeds from the evening directly support the creation of an unforgettable 2026 Pride Festival and help fund year-round initiatives, programs, advocacy, and community impact efforts led by Famously Hot South Carolina Pride. About the application

Revelry is SC Pride's annual gala and auction, and the premier evening event of the Pride season. Designed to celebrate LGBTQ+ leadership, spotlight community impact, and raise critical funds for SC Pride's mission, Revelry offers a premium sponsorship environment unlike any other event in the season. Revelry is not a mass-market awareness event. It is a curated gathering of LGBTQ+ leaders, community advocates, elected officials, business partners, corporate allies, and philanthropists, in an elevated, hospitality-forward setting. In 2024, Revelry welcomed 250+ attendees with capacity for up to 350. The evening features a celebrity keynote or featured guest, three community awards (Flame Starter Legacy Award, Guiding Light Advocacy Award, and Guardian of the Flame Community Partner Award), a live auction featuring exclusive items and experiences, and the highly anticipated reveal of the Famously Hot Pride Festival's headlining performers. Past headlining reveals have included Natasha Bedingfield, Lil Kim, Sheila E, Crystal Waters, and Big Freedia.

Terms & Conditions

Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala Sponsorship Terms & Conditions (2026) Sponsorship Term Sponsorship benefits are provided for the 2026 Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala season for this event-specific agreement. Sponsor recognition and associated benefits will remain active through the 2026 calendar year, where applicable. The primary promotional window for Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala is June 6 – August 1, 2026, when most pre-event marketing and sponsor visibility will occur. Recognition and Benefit Fulfillment Benefits are fulfilled based on sponsorship level and may include digital, on-site, and promotional recognition. Some benefits are time-sensitive and dependent on production schedules. SC Pride will make best efforts to deliver all listed benefits; however, exact placement, sizing, and frequency of recognition may vary by platform, venue requirements, and event production needs. Artwork, Branding, and Deadlines Sponsors are responsible for providing approved brand assets (logo files and usage guidelines). High-resolution or vector formats are preferred. Sponsor recognition in printed materials and certain promotional assets is subject to artwork submission deadlines. Late submissions may limit placement opportunities. Use of Marks and Name Sponsors grant South Carolina Pride Movement permission to use Sponsor’s name and logo for the purpose of fulfilling sponsorship benefits and promoting Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala. SC Pride’s name, logo, and event marks may not be used by Sponsor without prior written approval. Payment and Invoicing Sponsorship commitments are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or invoice approval. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (recommended: 30 days), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsorship benefits may be delayed until payment is received. On-Site Activation and Vendor Participation If sponsorship includes a booth, activation space, or on-site branding, Sponsor agrees to comply with event rules, venue policies, safety requirements, and load-in/load-out timelines provided by SC Pride. Booth placement and activation footprints are subject to site constraints and final event layout. Exclusivity (If Applicable) If category exclusivity is offered, it must be confirmed in writing and applies only to the category and event specified. SC Pride reserves the right to define and interpret categories in a commercially reasonable manner. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation Revelry: A Famously Hot Pride Gala is subject to change due to weather, venue restrictions, public safety requirements, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond SC Pride’s control. If the event is postponed, sponsorship will transfer to the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, SC Pride may provide a pro-rated value exchange through comparable digital recognition or other benefits, or issue a refund at SC Pride’s discretion after direct costs are assessed. Conduct and Brand Alignment SC Pride reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorships that conflict with organizational values or create reputational risk to the event or community. If termination occurs for cause, SC Pride will determine benefit fulfillment or refund eligibility based on circumstances. Liability Sponsor agrees to release and hold harmless SC Pride, event venues, and affiliated partners from claims arising from Sponsor’s participation, activation, or onsite activities, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for on-site activations. Governing Law This sponsorship agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
