Your partnership allows us to enhance the guest experience, elevate the atmosphere, and continue building a space where community and connection thrive. Sponsors receive valuable brand exposure through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition while connecting with an engaged audience that appreciates quality, authenticity, and community involvement. This application includes two sponsorship opportunities: Community Sponsor ($250) Ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals seeking brand visibility and community recognition without a physical event presence. Promotional Sponsor ($500) Perfect for businesses that want the benefits of sponsorship while also engaging directly with attendees through a promotional table at the event. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor Opportunities Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in supporting Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky. Our sponsors help make this event possible through their commitment to supporting local businesses, community engagement, and meaningful experiences. Sponsorship Options This application includes the following sponsorship opportunities: Community Sponsor – $250 Promotional Sponsor – $500 Sponsorship Confirmation Sponsorship payment is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is considered secured once payment has been received and processed. All sponsorship investments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Event Changes or Cancellation section below. Sponsor Benefits Community Sponsor ($250) Community Sponsors receive: Logo on sponsor recognition signage One dedicated social media post Recognition in the sponsor appreciation post Community Sponsorship is designed to provide brand visibility and community recognition. It does not include vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, sampling opportunities, or direct promotional activations. Promotional Sponsor ($500) Promotional Sponsors receive: All Community Sponsor benefits One promotional table at the event Priority table placement On-site sponsor acknowledgment Opportunity to distribute promotional materials and interact with attendees All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®. Marketing & Promotion Sponsors are encouraged to share their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion benefits both the sponsor and the event by expanding visibility, increasing engagement, and strengthening community connections. Sponsor Responsibilities Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, branding materials, and promotional information by the requested submission deadlines. Sponsors selecting the Promotional Sponsor option are responsible for providing their own table display, décor, promotional materials, and any equipment needed for their exhibit unless otherwise communicated by Centered & Sexy®. Centered & Sexy® is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of required materials. Responsibility & Liability Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship benefits are limited to those outlined within their selected sponsorship level. Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove or decline any promotional materials, products, logos, messaging, or branding that do not align with the event's mission, audience, standards, or community values. Promotional Sponsors are solely responsible for the security of their products, displays, equipment, and personal property throughout the event. Sponsorship Availability Sponsor Opportunities are intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity and maximize sponsor visibility. Community Sponsor opportunities remain available throughout the sponsorship period or until sponsorship goals have been met. Promotional Sponsor opportunities are limited to two (2) sponsors per event. Once all available sponsorship opportunities have been filled, applications will close. Event Changes or Cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship investments paid. If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits will automatically transfer to the new event date. Agreement Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By participating as a sponsor, the applicant agrees to abide by all event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.

Community Sponsor	$250.00	Non-refundable	Not every impact needs a booth—some just need vision and backing. As a Community Sponsor, your contribution helps bring Centered & Sexy Under the Autumn Sky to life behind the scenes, powering the experience from the first pour to the final vibe. Your support allows us to elevate the event, enhance guest experiences, and create a night people won’t stop talking about. In return, your brand will receive recognition on event sponsor signage, one dedicated social media spotlight, and inclusion in the event sponsor appreciation post, placing your business in front of an engaged audience that values connection, quality, and community. This is for brands that want to be part of the magic, support the culture, and make an impact—without needing a physical presence.
Cash sponsorship	$500.00	Non-refundable	As a Promotional Sponsor, your brand will receive enhanced visibility at Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition. This sponsorship is designed for businesses that want to increase brand awareness while engaging directly with attendees in a meaningful way. Your sponsorship includes one vendor space at the event, providing the opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect with potential customers, and build relationships with an engaged audience. Promotional Sponsors will also receive recognition leading up to the event through social media features and inclusion in select event promotions. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and décor. Fall-inspired décor is encouraged; however, glitter, confetti, adhesives, or any materials that may damage the venue are prohibited. This sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to support a community-focused event while positioning your brand in front of attendees who value connection, quality, and authentic experiences. It's a meaningful way to increase visibility, expand your reach, and become part of an event designed to bring people together.
