Terms & Conditions

• Submission of application does not guarantee sponsorship of Annual Meeting. • A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions and space available. • If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies. If vendor table is requested: • Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday July 16. • All items must be removed and packed up by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 18. • Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. • Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
