• Entry Waiver of Liability - I, the undersigned group representative, hereby, release, and forever discharge Juneteenth Festival, Inc., its officers and directors, severally or jointly, the Juneteenth Festival Inc. Committee and all volunteers of all liability, claims actions, and probable causes of action which may accrue to any members of the groups from every and any loss, damage, and injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in the Juneteenth Festival Events and/or Parade. Your registration form will be void if not accompanied by the signed Waiver of Liability & signed rules. Photography & Video Release Participant(s) and his/her/their parents or legal guardians hereby grant the host and designee the right to take and use photographs, videos and copyright, use, or publish the same in print or electronically. Participant(s) agree that the host may use such photographs and or videos for any lawful purpose including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
