Sponsorship Terms & Agreements
Operated by Hot Corner Association, LLC
By submitting a Sponsorship Application and/or providing payment, the Sponsor agrees to the following Terms & Agreements:
1.Sponsorship Levels & Benefits
Sponsorship benefits, recognition, and deliverables are determined by the selected sponsorship level. Benefits may include branding, advertising, on-site recognition, digital promotion, and event inclusion as outlined in the sponsorship package. Benefits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
2.Fees & Payment
All sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline to secure sponsorship benefits. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. The Hot Corner Festival is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or sponsor cancellation.
3.Use of Sponsor Name & Logo
Sponsors grant Hot Corner Association, LLC permission to use their name, logo, and provided promotional materials for festival marketing, advertising, social media, website placement, and event promotions. Sponsors are responsible for submitting high-resolution logos and materials by the required deadlines.
4.Sponsor Deliverables & Deadlines
Sponsors must submit all required materials (logos, ads, signage, promotional items, etc.) by the specified deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines may limit or eliminate certain sponsorship benefits without refund.
5.Booth Space & On-Site Participation (If Applicable)
If booth space or on-site activation is included in the sponsorship package, sponsors must comply with all festival rules, setup times, and space limitations. Booth placement is assigned at the discretion of festival organizers.
6.Media Release
Sponsors acknowledge and agree that the Festival may photograph or record sponsor participation, branding, or on-site presence and use such media for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.Liability & Indemnification
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Corner Association, LLC, the Hot Corner Festival, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from sponsor participation or activities.
8.Cancellation or Modification of Event
The Festival reserves the right to modify event schedules, programming, or logistics as necessary. In the event of festival cancellation by organizers, sponsorship benefits may be rescheduled or adjusted at the Festival’s discretion.
9.Force Majeure
The Festival shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, emergencies, or unforeseen conditions.
Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting a Sponsorship Application and completing payment electronically, Sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Sponsorship Terms & Agreements and accept this agreement electronically.
