About the application

Our sponsors are vital to the success of our festival! This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3 from 1 PM to 6 PM. By submitting this application, you are expressing your interest in participating in this year's Pride Festival. Official notifications will be sent to selected sponsors on a rolling basis.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following: Everyone in your party who participates: a) Is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, b) is not a hate group, c) adheres to the mission of the UCBPride Foundation. Payments are due at the time of application. All payments are non-refundable unless your organization/business is not selected, or in the case of our refundable deposit for food vendors. Documentation of insurance or a signed waiver are required to participate in the Pride Festival and are due by September 15. Participants agree to remain set up during the advertised duration of the festival. Our event is a rain-or-shine event; refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
