Community Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Community Sponsor package for SLC TCG's Great Summer Card Show, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship Benefits
Community Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
Logo placement on the official event sponsor webpage.
Logo inclusion on the event sponsor thank-you graphic.
Mention in the post-event sponsor thank-you recap.
Business name included in sponsor sections of event communications where applicable.
Opportunity to provide promotional materials (flyers, coupons, stickers, business cards, or giveaway items) for distribution at the event check-in table, subject to approval.
Sponsor Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, promotional materials, and business information by the requested deadlines.
SLC TCG reserves the right to refuse materials that are inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the event's values and audience.
Promotional Material Distribution
Placement of sponsor-provided materials at the check-in table does not guarantee that all materials will be distributed to attendees.
Distribution is subject to attendee interest, available space, and event operations.
No Exclusivity
Community Sponsorship does not provide category exclusivity. SLC TCG may accept sponsorships from multiple businesses within the same industry or market segment.
Event Modifications
SLC TCG reserves the right to modify event schedules, layouts, promotional plans, or sponsorship benefits if necessary due to operational requirements, venue restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
Refund Policy
Community Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SLC TCG.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the new event date whenever reasonably possible.
Use of Sponsor Branding
By participating, the sponsor grants SLC TCG permission to use the sponsor's submitted name, logo, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
Limitation of Liability
SLC TCG does not guarantee any specific level of attendance, sales, leads, customer acquisition, website traffic, social media engagement, or return on investment resulting from sponsorship participation.
Acceptance
Submission of payment for a Community Sponsorship constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
