About the event

Our 8th Carolina Indie Fest is on Sept 26 & 27 this year. We bring in ten indie bands to perform on stage over two days with crafty vendors, food trucks, art demos and more as part of the mix. The stage is on the grounds of Hugger Mugger Brewing as well as adjacent properties in downtown Sanford including a public parking lot and one level parking deck.

Whether it be one of our sponsorships tailored to appeal to most businesses or an out-of-the-box brand activation at the event we do a good job of supporting our sponsors and keeping them in front of our audience. This is a free event that is wholly supported by our sponsors - thank you!

Terms & Conditions

We ask all sponsors to make their commitment by August 1st and render payment by around Sept 1st. There are no refunds.

Big Fan	$500.00	Non-refundable	Showcase your support for indie music with the perfect sponsorship entry point. This sponsorship level receives your logo on the Indie Fest website and stage banner. For an extra $250 get your name on the festival shirt or, for the same amount, get a shout out for your business on our socials.
Super Fan	$750.00	Non-refundable	Level up your exposure while connecting directly with festival goers. With this sponsorship you get your logo on the festival website and stage banner. There's an option to claim a vending spot in the beer garden for just $100 more. Get on the festival shirt for $150 more or get a social media shout out for your organization for $150 more.
Big Talent	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	Make a bold statement and connect with a broader audience. You'll get your business logo on the festival website and stage banner, posters and printed materials, and on the festival shirt. You'll also get a mention on stage during opening remarks and two VIP badges ($150 value that includes beverage, dinner and VIP seating for one event day). Get a vending spot in the beer garden for $50 more, a social media shoutout for $100 more
Rising Star	$2,000.00	Non-refundable	Shine brighter with expanded visibility and VIP perks. You'll get your logo on the festival website and banner, logo on posters and printed materials, logo on the festival shirt, two social media shout outs, a premium shoutout from the stage during the festival, and five VIP badges (a $375 value that includes VIP seating, beverage, and dinner on one of the event days of your choosing).
Headliner	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	Be the festival's VIP and dominate the spotlight. Get your logo on the festival website and stage banner, posters and printed materials and on the festival shirt. You'll also get two social media shout outs and shoutouts from the stage on both days of the festival (a company representative is welcome to join us on stage to make remarks). Headliners receive the most prominent logo placement across all promotional materials as well as ten VIP badges (which include VIP seating, dinner and beverages - a total value of $750) and 5 complimentary festival t-shirts.
