As an Experience Sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up Social, your financial contribution helps bring event features, activities, and guest amenities to life.

Experience Sponsorship contributions may support entertainment, a DJ, photo booth, beverage experiences, giveaways, lounge areas, décor elements, guest amenities, or other event features.

With contribution amounts ranging from $50 to $5,000, you can choose the level of financial support that works best for you or your organization. Contributions are allocated based on approved event experiences and current event needs.

This opportunity is ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to contribute to the event's success and help create a fun, engaging, and festive atmosphere for attendees.

Experience Sponsorship is a financial contribution only and does not include on-site vendor or promotional participation.

Experience Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By becoming an Experience Sponsor, you agree to the following:

Sponsorship Contribution
Experience Sponsors provide financial contributions to help fund entertainment, photo experiences, beverage experiences, giveaways, décor, guest amenities, and other features of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up Social.

Contributions range from $50 to $5,000. Sponsorship is confirmed once the application has been approved and payment has been received.

Use of Sponsorship Funds
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to allocate sponsorship contributions based on event needs, availability, and planning considerations.

A contribution does not guarantee funding of a particular event feature unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship acceptance.

No On-Site Participation
Experience Sponsorship is a financial contribution only and does not include vendor space, promotional tables, product or service sales, sampling, product distribution, or other on-site business activities.

Any business seeking on-site participation must apply separately under the appropriate vendor or sponsorship category.

Sponsor Recognition
Sponsor recognition, if offered, will be determined by Centered & Sexy® and communicated upon sponsorship approval.

Experience Sponsorship does not automatically include exclusive sponsorship rights, naming rights, advertising placement, or specific promotional benefits.

Sponsor Withdrawal
Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable if a sponsor voluntarily withdraws after payment has been accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Centered & Sexy®.

Event Changes or Cancellation
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship contributions will transfer to the new event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, any portion of the sponsorship contribution not already committed or spent on event-related expenses will be refunded.

Agreement
Submission of an Experience Sponsor application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
