Terms & Conditions

By becoming an Experience Builder, you agree to the following: Your Contribution Experience Builders may contribute any amount within the available contribution range. Your contribution helps support the Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience and enhances the overall event experience. Participation is confirmed once your contribution has been received. Recognition Recognition is entirely optional. If you choose to remain anonymous, your preference will be respected. If you choose to be recognized, your name or business may be included in event appreciation materials at the discretion of Centered & Sexy®. Supporting the Experience Experience Builder contributions help support various aspects of the event, including holiday décor, entertainment, guest experiences, marketing, and other event enhancements. Contributions are not tied to sponsorship benefits, advertising opportunities, or promotional services. No On-Site Participation Required Becoming an Experience Builder does not include vendor space, promotional opportunities, event access, or on-site participation. This opportunity is intended for those who simply wish to support the experience. If Plans Change In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, public health concerns, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of Centered & Sexy®, the event may be rescheduled. Contributions will be applied toward the rescheduled event whenever possible. If the event cannot be rescheduled, contributions will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. Agreement Submitting your Experience Builder contribution confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
