As an Experience Sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience, your support helps fund or underwrite a specific event feature, activity, or guest amenity.

Experience Sponsorship opportunities may include support for entertainment, a DJ, photo booth, beverage experience, giveaways, lounge areas, décor elements, guest amenities, or other approved event features.

You may choose your sponsorship contribution amount based on the level of support that works best for you or your organization. Contributions will be applied toward approved event experiences and current event needs.

This opportunity is ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to support a specific part of the event while helping create a fun, engaging, and festive experience for attendees.

Experience Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By becoming an Experience Sponsor, you agree to the following:

Sponsorship Contribution
Experience Sponsors help fund or underwrite specific event features, activities, or guest amenities for the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience.

Contributions may range from $50 to $5,000 and may support entertainment, photo experiences, beverage experiences, giveaways, décor, guest amenities, or other event features.

Participation is confirmed once the sponsorship has been approved and payment has been received.

Sponsored Experience
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to determine how Experience Sponsor contributions are applied based on current event needs, availability, and planning considerations.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

On-Site Participation
Experience Sponsorship does not automatically include vendor space, product or service sales, a promotional table, sampling, product distribution, or other on-site promotional activity.

Any on-site participation must be separately approved by Centered & Sexy®.

Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors are responsible for fulfilling any approved commitments related to products, services, equipment, staff, or other sponsor-provided elements.

Any significant changes must be communicated to and approved by Centered & Sexy®.

Event Changes or Cancellation
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If the event is rescheduled, Experience Sponsor contributions will transfer to the new event date unless otherwise agreed.

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, sponsorship payments will be refunded unless the sponsored product, service, or expense has already been provided or incurred.

Agreement
Submission of an Experience Sponsor application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and applicable event and venue requirements.
