As the exclusive Santa/Photo Area Sponsor, your business will be prominently featured in the area where families stop, take photos, visit Santa, and create holiday memories throughout all three days of the event.

With 150+ vendors and shoppers coming through the Myrtle Beach Christmas Bazaar throughout Thanksgiving weekend, this sponsorship gives your business a unique opportunity to connect your name with a fun, family-friendly Christmas experience.

• Business logo displayed throughout the Santa/Photo Area

• Verbal sponsor recognition during the event when applicable
• Unlike traditional advertising, this sponsorship puts your business directly into an experience families will remember, photograph, and share.

Only one Santa/Photo Area Sponsor will be accepted, giving your business exclusive recognition in one of the most visible and family-focused areas of the Myrtle Beach Christmas Bazaar.

Santa/Photo Area Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the **Santa/Photo Area Sponsorship** for the Myrtle Beach Christmas Bazaar, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Sponsorship Payment

Full payment is required to secure the sponsorship.

The sponsorship is not considered reserved until payment has been received and confirmed by Main Street Events.

All sponsorship payments are **non-refundable and non-transferable** once accepted.

2. Sponsorship Exclusivity

The Santa/Photo Area Sponsorship is offered to **one sponsor only**.

The sponsor will receive exclusive naming recognition for the Santa/Photo Area during the event.

Exclusivity applies specifically to the **Santa/Photo Area Sponsorship** and does not prevent Main Street Events from accepting other event sponsors, advertisers, vendors, or businesses that may offer similar products or services.

3. Sponsor Recognition

Sponsor recognition may include:

* “Santa & Photo Area Sponsored By” signage
* Sponsor logo displayed within or near the Santa/Photo Area
* Recognition on select event social media posts
* Inclusion in general event sponsor recognition
* Verbal recognition during the event when appropriate
* Opportunity to provide approved promotional materials, coupons, or giveaways

The exact placement, size, frequency, and format of sponsor recognition will be determined by Main Street Events based on the layout, venue requirements, available space, and overall event design.

4. Logo & Marketing Materials

The sponsor is responsible for providing a high-quality logo and any requested business information by the deadline provided by Main Street Events.

Failure to provide materials by the requested deadline may result in the sponsor's logo or information not being included on certain printed or promotional materials.

Main Street Events is not responsible for missed promotional opportunities caused by late, incomplete, or incorrect materials supplied by the sponsor.

5. Promotional Items & Giveaways

Any promotional materials, coupons, samples, giveaways, or other items provided by the sponsor for distribution must receive prior approval from Main Street Events.

Main Street Events reserves the right to decline any promotional item or material that is inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, political in nature, or inconsistent with the family-friendly atmosphere of the event.

6. Event Changes

Main Street Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, layout, Santa/Photo Area location, signage placement, activities, entertainment, or other event details when necessary.

Changes made because of venue requirements, safety concerns, attendance flow, operational needs, or circumstances outside the control of Main Street Events will not constitute grounds for a sponsorship refund.

7. Event Cancellation or Interruption

If the event is canceled, postponed, interrupted, or materially affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Main Street Events, including severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues, emergencies, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Main Street Events.

When reasonably possible, Main Street Events may offer alternative sponsor recognition or promotional opportunities.

8. Sponsor Booth

If booth space is specifically included with the sponsorship package, the sponsor must follow all vendor rules, setup requirements, venue policies, safety requirements, and event operating hours.

Booth space is not included unless it is specifically listed as part of the purchased sponsorship package.

9. Use of Sponsor Name & Logo

By purchasing the sponsorship, the sponsor grants Main Street Events permission to use the sponsor's business name, logo, and approved branding materials for purposes related to promoting and operating the Myrtle Beach Christmas Bazaar.

This may include social media, websites, email marketing, printed materials, signage, and event-related advertising.

10. Photos & Event Promotion

Photos and video may be taken throughout the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

The sponsor understands that event signage, branding, representatives, promotional materials, or booth displays may appear in photographs or video used by Main Street Events to promote current or future events.

11. Conduct

Sponsors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

Main Street Events reserves the right to remove any representative, promotional material, display, or activity that is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event.

Removal for violation of event rules does not qualify the sponsor for a refund.

12. No Guarantee of Sales or Exposure

Main Street Events does not guarantee attendance numbers, sales, leads, social media reach, customer engagement, media exposure, or any specific financial result from the sponsorship.

Sponsorship benefits represent promotional opportunities provided as part of the event and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of business results.

13. Liability

The sponsor participates at its own risk and is responsible for its representatives, property, promotional materials, and activities.

Main Street Events, the venue, and their respective representatives are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims involving sponsor property or activities except where required by applicable law.

14. Agreement

Payment for the sponsorship confirms that the sponsor has reviewed, understands, and agrees to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions and any additional event policies provided by Main Street Events.

Main Street Events reserves the right to make reasonable updates to these terms when necessary for event operations, safety, venue requirements, or other circumstances.
