Commitment: Sponsorship is confirmed only after signed agreement and full payment. Fees are non-refundable. Branding Use: Logos and names provided may be used in event marketing, signage, and promotions. Sponsors may not use the event’s name or logo without prior approval. Deliverables: Sponsors must provide required artwork, logos, or promotional materials by stated deadlines. Conduct: Sponsors and representatives must act respectfully toward attendees, staff, and vendors. Liability: Organizers are not responsible for sponsor property, equipment, or staff. Changes: Organizers reserve the right to adjust programming, schedules, or venue as needed. Termination: Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal of sponsorship benefits without refund.
