In previous years we have welcomed over 7,000 attendees and in 2025 we expect to reach 10,000 at our new location.

Terms and Conditions
Sponsorship Payment: In order to receive the benefits offered within the sponsorship agreement, the sponsor will be required to pay the fee for the chosen sponsor tier.
Confidentiality: The sponsor will be required to keep certain information confidential, including trade secrets or proprietary information disclosed by the event organizer. We will properly communicate on which information is not to be disclosed.
Promotional Materials: The sponsor may be required to provide promotional materials, such as logos, banners, or other marketing collateral, to be used in conjunction with the event. The form below allows for files (logos or other media files) to be sent to us. It is not required to send us these materials upon signing up but can be sent at a later date. KadabraCon will actively promote the event but does not guarantee a specific attendance count.
Branding and Advertising Guidelines: The sponsor may be required to follow certain branding and advertising guidelines, including the use of specific logos, colors, or taglines, in order to maintain consistency and avoid confusion with other sponsors.
Exhibit Space: If the sponsor is provided with exhibit space, they may be required to adhere to specific rules and regulations regarding booth size, set-up and tear-down times, and staffing requirements. Sponsors must ensure all materials and decorations adhere to the venue policies.
Liability and Indemnification: KadabraCon is not responsible for damages or injuries arising from the sponsor's participation. The sponsor may be required to hold harmless the event organizer from any claims or damages that may occur and agree not to hold KadabraCon responsible for any lost investments or revenues stemming from unclaimed or cancelled tables.
Governing Law: The sponsorship agreement will be governed by the laws of Texas and the City of Corpus Christi especially concerning sales and taxes.
Non-Discrimination: The sponsor may be required to comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws and policies in its participation in the event. KadabraCon reserves the right to potentially eject any displays of inappropriate or offensive matierials.
Behavior and Prohibited Activities: Sponsors must follow general convention attendee rules during off-hours. Activities like smoking and possessing alcohol are not allowed on convention grounds. KadabraCon does not permit the sales of AI created artwork. Selling or displaying material that infringes copyrights or trademarks can lead to immediate ejection.
