About the event

Exhibitors from all over the southeast will convene in Dallas, North Carolina on October 9 through 11, 2026 for the annual 'crank-up' of antique steam and gasoline engines and tractors. In addition to the engine show, many activities are planned to include a kids county fair, heritage arts area, handmade craft vendors, and music. So, mark your calendars and plan to join GAMTRA and Gaston County Parks and Recreation Department as we present Cotton Ginning Days. As always, the food is good, and admission and parking are free!

About the application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Cotton Ginning Days! Sponsorships help make this annual festival possible while providing valuable exposure for your business or organization. Platinum Sponsor – $1,200 Includes: Booth space during the festival Inclusion of your logo on the festival website, brochure, flyers, and other applicable advertising materials Logo displayed on the banner/sign at the entrance to the Kids' Area Gold Sponsor – $750 Includes: Booth space during the festival Inclusion of your logo on the festival website, brochure, flyers, and other applicable advertising materials Logo displayed on the banner/sign at the Concert Stage Silver Sponsor – $500 Includes: Booth space during the festival Company name on the festival website, brochure, flyers, and other applicable advertising materials Logo displayed on the banner/sign in the Food Court area Bronze Sponsor – $300 Includes: Booth space during the festival Company name on the festival website, brochure, flyers, and other applicable advertising materials Company logo displayed on shuttle golf carts and/or festival trams If you do not see a sponsorship package that fits your needs, please contact Kayla.Adams@GastonGov.com to discuss a custom sponsorship opportunity.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until the sponsorship agreement has been accepted and payment has been received. 2. Sponsors receiving booth space are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any other booth equipment unless otherwise specified. 3. Sponsor booths must remain within their assigned space and may not obstruct neighboring vendors, exhibitors, roadways, or pedestrian traffic. 4. Gaston County Parks & Recreation reserves the right to determine booth placement and may relocate sponsor booths if necessary for festival operations. 5. Sponsors are responsible for staffing their booth during festival hours and for keeping their assigned area clean throughout the event. 6. Sponsors may distribute promotional materials and engage with festival attendees from their assigned booth space but may not walk throughout the festival grounds soliciting attendees. 7. Sponsors agree to provide a high-resolution logo and any requested marketing materials by the deadlines established by Gaston County Parks & Recreation. Benefits requiring logos or artwork cannot be guaranteed if materials are submitted after the deadline. 8. Gaston County Parks & Recreation reserves the right to refuse or terminate any sponsorship whose products, services, or promotional materials are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the festival. 9. Sponsorship benefits, including advertising placement and recognition, are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Gaston County Parks & Recreation. 10. Gaston County Parks & Recreation does not endorse or promote the individual products, services, or opinions of any sponsor through its sponsorship recognition. Logo Placement: Sponsor logos will be included on applicable festival marketing materials, shuttle golf carts/trams, and other promotional items based on the sponsorship level and production deadlines. Gaston County Parks & Recreation is not responsible for omitted recognition resulting from late submission of logos or artwork.
