About the application

Stage Sponsor | $13,000 - $25,000 As a Stage Sponsor, your organization takes ownership of one of the premier entertainment spaces at the 2026 OC Pride Festival in Downtown Santa Ana. This tier offers two partnership options — a Solo sponsorship for one organization seeking exclusive stage presenting rights, or a Shared sponsorship for up to two organizations looking for prominent stage visibility at a lower investment. Solo Sponsorship | $25,000 As the exclusive Stage Sponsor, your brand is prominently featured on your respective stage banners, video wall, and stage schedule social media posts, putting your organization directly in front of every festivalgoer who gathers to watch the performances. You'll receive 20 Festival VIP tickets, a complimentary parade contingent in the "Blaze It Forward" Pride Parade, one 15-60 second Festival stage video, a full-page ad in the Digital Pride Guide, two social media posts across OC Pride platforms, and logo placement on festival and parade volunteer shirts. You'll also receive a speaking opportunity during our awards ceremony on the Pride Stage and an on-site interview shared across OC Pride's social media reels. Optional complimentary booth space up to 10x20ft is available. Year-round recognition on the OC Pride website and monthly newsletters for 12 months is included. Shared Sponsorship | $13,000 As a Shared Stage Sponsor, your organization partners alongside one other brand at this prominent festival level. Your brand is featured on all festival marketing materials across digital, print, and radio, and you'll receive 20 Festival VIP tickets, a complimentary parade contingent in the "Blaze It Forward" Pride Parade, one 15-30 second Festival stage video, a full-page ad in the Digital Pride Guide, one social media post across OC Pride platforms, and logo placement on festival and parade volunteer shirts. You'll also receive a speaking opportunity during our awards ceremony on the Pride Stage and an on-site interview shared across OC Pride's social media reels. Terms & Conditions

Stage Sponsor Payment A signed sponsorship agreement and deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship amount is required to secure your tier. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the event. OC Pride reserves the right to release the sponsorship tier if payment terms are not met. Solo Sponsorship The Solo Stage Sponsor tier is limited to one organization per stage. Specific stage assignment is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. OC Pride will make every reasonable effort to honor stage preferences where possible. Shared Sponsorship The Shared Stage Sponsor tier is limited to a maximum of two organizations per stage. Stage assignment is subject to availability and will be confirmed at OC Pride's discretion, based on the order in which signed agreements and deposits are received. Stage Branding Logo placement on stage banners, video walls, and stage schedule social media posts is subject to OC Pride production timelines and technical specifications. Sponsors are responsible for submitting all stage branding assets in the required formats by the deadline specified in the sponsorship agreement. Parade Participation The complimentary parade contingent in the "Blaze It Forward" Pride Parade is subject to overall parade logistics and city permitting requirements. Sponsors participating in the parade are responsible for complying with all parade rules, safety guidelines, and city regulations provided by OC Pride. Logo and Creative Assets Sponsors are responsible for submitting all logos and creative assets in the required formats by the deadline specified in the sponsorship agreement. OC Pride is not responsible for errors in sponsor materials resulting from late or incorrect asset submissions. Refunds and Cancellations All sponsorship commitments are non-refundable. In the event a sponsor wishes to cancel, any payments made will be retained by OC Pride. If OC Pride cancels the event due to circumstances beyond its control, sponsorship funds may be applied toward a future event at OC Pride's discretion. Speaking and Interview Opportunities Speaking remarks during the awards ceremony are subject to OC Pride editorial guidelines and may not exceed the time limit specified in the sponsorship agreement. Interview content is subject to OC Pride's approval prior to publication on social media platforms. Booth Space Complimentary booth space is optional and subject to availability. Sponsors electing to use booth space must comply with all festival vendor and safety guidelines provided by OC Pride. Brand Standards OC Pride reserves the right to review and approve all sponsor-produced materials that reference the OC Pride name, logo, or event. Sponsors may not imply an endorsement beyond the scope of the agreed partnership. Governing Agreement These terms are supplementary to the signed sponsorship agreement, which serves as the governing document for the partnership. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.
