In-Kind Sponsor Terms & Conditions
The Centered & Sexy® Community Contribution Program provides businesses, organizations, and professionals with the opportunity to support the Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky Pop-Up Experience through the donation of products, services, or professional services. As an In-Kind Sponsor, your contribution helps enhance the overall guest experience while supporting local businesses, fostering community connections, and creating a memorable event experience.
Sponsorship Confirmation
Participation as an In-Kind Sponsor is subject to review and approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Acceptance into the Community Contribution Program is based on the nature of the proposed contribution, the needs of the event, and overall event planning considerations.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Community Contribution
In-Kind Sponsors agree to provide the products, services, or professional services outlined in their approved application.
Any significant changes to the approved contribution must be communicated to and approved by Centered & Sexy® prior to the event.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Accepted In-Kind Sponsors are responsible for delivering or completing their approved contribution by the agreed-upon date, time, and method established with Centered & Sexy®.
Failure to provide the approved contribution without prior communication may affect eligibility for future sponsorship or participation opportunities.
Sponsor Recognition
Accepted In-Kind Sponsors will receive one dedicated social media recognition post acknowledging their contribution to the event.
Additional recognition may be provided at the discretion of Centered & Sexy® based on the nature, value, and impact of the approved contribution.
All logos, branding materials, promotional content, and business information must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Marketing & Promotion
In-Kind Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, email communications, and customer outreach.
Sharing event promotions helps increase visibility for both your business and Centered & Sexy® while strengthening community engagement.
Responsibility & Liability
In-Kind Sponsors are solely responsible for the products, services, equipment, promotional materials, staff, representatives, and activities associated with their contribution.
In-Kind Sponsors providing professional services are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance required to perform their services and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Centered & Sexy®, its affiliates, venue partners, volunteers, and representatives shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, nor for injuries, accidents, claims, damages, or incidents arising from participation in the Community Contribution Program.
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to accept, decline, request modifications to, or discontinue any proposed contribution that does not align with the event's needs, mission, audience, standards, or community values.
Contribution Availability
Community Contribution opportunities are limited and accepted based on the specific needs of each event. Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to determine which products, services, or professional services best support the overall event experience.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event.
If the event is rescheduled, accepted Community Contribution commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, Centered & Sexy® will communicate with each accepted In-Kind Sponsor to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include returning products, rescheduling services, or another mutually agreed-upon arrangement, when applicable.
Agreement
Submission of an In-Kind Sponsor Application constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating as an In-Kind Sponsor through the Centered & Sexy® Community Contribution Program, applicants agree to fulfill the approved contribution outlined in their application and to comply with all event policies, venue requirements, and participation guidelines established by Centered & Sexy®.
