About the event
The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2024), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206 on October 19th and 20th from 12pm to 5pm each day.
CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+.
Festival goers will watch and cheer on the competitors and the artists creating the street chalk art gallery while enjoying various art-focused activities, music, and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.

| Chalk Art Artist Sponsor | $250.00 | Non-refundable | No Charge At Time Of Application Thank you for helping us make the Annual Charlotte Chalk Art Festival open to all levels of chalk art artists. This is an opportunity to sponsor an Advanced or Professional Chalk Art Artist. Returning CCAF artists will take up an 8'x8' chalking space ($250.00). Professional Artists will create 2d or 3d designs using 10'x10' or upwards of 10'x14' of space for their chalk art designs ($1,000.00). These designs will take two days to complete. Your tax-deductible financial support, thanks to our Eventful Expressions NPC, a 501c3 non-profit, partnership, helps us cover costs associated with this portion of the Charlotte Chalk Art Festival which may include ground, rail, or air transportation, lodging, meals, chalk, t-shirts, etc. * Your company NAME will be displayed as a custom floor sign at the bottom of the chalk art design. * Your company logo will be included on our website, with an embedded hyperlink, and Eventeny portal. * Your company logo will appear on sponsor-related social media posts. * You will be tagged on sponsor-related social media posts and your company name will be added to our hashtag list. * Your company name or logo if allowed, will appear on online calendar entries, i.e. Charlotte Now, NoDa News, etc. * Your company logo will appear on the Eventbrite page, and festival signage, and you will receive honorable mentions from the festival stage. * Your company logo will appear on signage located near where the chalk art artists create their designs. * Your company logo will appear on festival t-shirts. * Maximum level sponsors will have an additional option of using one of our 10x10 tent(1) six-foot table and two (2) chairs for their use on both days. |
| Festival Logistics Sponsor | $1,000.00 | Non-refundable | No Charge At Time Of Application - Support our Logistical needs to stage the Charlotte Chalk Art Festival by joining us as one of four Logistical Sponsors. Help us cover the following logistical costs: Marketing materials, social media and other ads, tents, tables, chairs, art supplies, t-shirts, meals, insurance, security, crew member fees, clean-up services, etc. * Your company logo will be included on our website and Eventeny portal with an embedded hyperlink. * Your company logo will appear on sponsor-related social media posts. * You will be tagged on sponsor-related social media posts and your company name will be added to our hashtag list. * Your company name and logo if allowed, will appear on online calendar entries, like Charlotte Now, NoDa News, etc. * Your company logo will appear on the Eventbrite page, and festival signage, and you will receive honorable mentions from the festival stage. * Your company logo will appear on the back of festival t-shirts. * You will have a white 10x10 weighted Tent (no walls) for your use during the two-day festival. * Your 10x10 tent will come with one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. *** Note: tents are removed from the parking lot area at the end of Day 1 and returned to the same position on Day 2. |

Your tax-deductible financial support, thanks to our Eventful Expressions NPC, a 501c3 non-profit, partnership, helps us cover the following stage-related costs: Stage Platform, Sound System, Microphones, Stage Crew, and multiple Performance Fees for two days. * Your company logo will be included on our website and Eventeny portal with an embedded hyperlink. * Your company logo will appear on sponsor-related social media posts. * You will be tagged on sponsor-related social media posts and your company name will be added to our hashtag list. * Your company name or logo if allowed, will appear on all online calendar entries, i.e. Charlotte Now, NoDa News, etc. * Your company logo will appear on the Eventbrite page, and festival signage, and you will receive honorable mentions from the festival stage. * Your logo will appear on stage-specific festival signage. * Your logo will appear on the back of festival t-shirts. * You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business from the Festival stage and introduce one to two performers each day. * You will have a white 10x10 weighted Tent (no walls) for your use during the two-day festival. * Your 10x10 tent will come with one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. *** Note: tents are removed from the parking lot area at the end of Day 1 and returned to the same position on Day 2. |
