About the event

Join us for a day of love, celebration, organizing, and community at Eugene Springfield PRIDE Festival 2026! This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Lane Events Center from 11am-7pm, where we’ll come together to honor and uplift the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. Expect an exciting day filled with live entertainment, local vendors, delicious food, a community resource fair, and fun activities for all ages. Whether you’re here to celebrate, connect, or show your support, there’s something for everyone at PRIDE! We believe PRIDE is for everyone, which is why entrance tickets are offered on a sliding scale of $1, $2, $5, $10, or $20. An entry scholarship will be available, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. We want everyone to feel welcome and included in this special celebration. Your participation helps support Eugene PRIDE and our initiatives, including scholarships for LGBTQ2SIA+ students and programs that empower and uplift our community.

Your partnership helps ensure that the Eugene Springfield PRIDE Festival remains a powerful and accessible resource for all.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Sponsors must align with the mission and values of Eugene Springfield PRIDE, including support for LGBTQ2SIA+ equality and inclusion. 2. Payment: The presenting sponsorship fee of $10,000 is due by April 1, 2026. Failure to pay by this date may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. 3. Branding and Promotion: Sponsor grants Eugene Pride permission to use the sponsor’s name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials and agrees to adhere to all branding guidelines provided by Eugene Pride. 4. Event Participation: Sponsor will receive a prime 10’ × 10’ booth space with pipe-and-drape, table and chairs, and is responsible for staffing and maintaining the booth during event hours. Sponsor is entitled to designated signage and acknowledgment from the main stage. 5. Cancellation: Written notice of cancellation must be received by May 1, 2026 for a 50% refund; after May 1, no refunds will be provided. 6. Liability: Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eugene Pride, its volunteers, and partners from any claims or damages arising from sponsor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the negligence of Eugene Pride.

Festival Sponsor	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	Festival Sponsor recognized as a major sponsor, with logo placement on festival materials, signage, website, and social media. Includes reserved booth space and recognition on stage and promotional announcements.
Main Stage Sponsor	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	Recognition as the Main Stage Sponsor with logo on main stage signage and marketing materials. Includes a reserved premium booth space near the main stage, stage announcements during the festival, and prominent logo placement on the festival website and social media.
Community Stage Sponsor	$2,000.00	Non-refundable	As the Community Stage Sponsor, you will receive prominent recognition at the community stage, including banner signage and mentions during performances, along with all general sponsor benefits.
Rainbow Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable
Electrical Hookup	$75.00	Non-refundable	Electrical hookup for booth space.
Extra Chair	$6.00	Non-refundable	Additional chair rental for booth space.
Extra Table	$18.00	Non-refundable	One additional standard 6’ table with table linen added to your booth space.
Fire Extinguisher	$35.00	Non-refundable	A fire extinguisher is required for all booth spaces, both indoor and outdoor, per Fire Marshal requirements. Selecting this option includes one festival-provided fire extinguisher, placed at your booth space on event day. This extinguisher is yours to keep after the event. Exhibitors may bring their own compliant fire extinguisher if preferred.
