After the incredible response to our first Puff & Paint, The Missouri Cannabis Social Club is bringing the community back together for Part 2 at Canterbury Hill Winery & Restaurant on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 6:30–8:30 PM

.

Puff & Paint brings together art, music, food, cannabis culture, local businesses, brands, and community for a unique 21+ social experience—and we're inviting businesses and organizations to help us make Part 2 even bigger.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses, cannabis-industry brands, community organizations, artists, service providers, and other organizations that align with the event.

Sponsorship may include financial support or approved in-kind contributions such as products, prizes, art supplies, food, printing, entertainment, professional services, promotional support, or other resources that enhance the event.

Depending on sponsorship level and contribution, benefits may include:

• Recognition as an Official Puff & Paint Part 2 Sponsor
• Logo placement on applicable event materials
• Recognition on Eventeny and event-related digital promotions
• Social-media recognition and tagging
• On-site signage and brand visibility
• Vendor/display space when included in the sponsorship package
• Verbal recognition during the event
• Opportunities to contribute approved promotional items or giveaways
• Additional promotional opportunities based on sponsorship level

Sponsorship Levels:

Community Sponsor — $100
Entry-level recognition for businesses and organizations supporting the event.

Supporting Sponsor — $250
Enhanced promotional recognition and event visibility.

Featured Sponsor — $500
Premium recognition and prominent event visibility.

In-Kind Sponsor — Custom

Businesses may propose products, services, prizes, equipment, promotional support, or other contributions. Recognition will be based on the nature and agreed value of the contribution.

The Highest Life Society serves as a principal sponsor of Puff & Paint.

Sponsorship applications are subject to approval by The Missouri Cannabis Social Club. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, specific placement, or any particular promotional benefit unless confirmed in writing.

Puff & Paint— Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By submitting a sponsorship application or accepting an approved sponsorship opportunity, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Approval
Submission does not guarantee acceptance as a sponsor. The Missouri Cannabis Social Club (“Organizer”) reserves the right to approve or decline sponsorships based on event needs, available opportunities, venue requirements, legal considerations, and compatibility with the event.

2. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsor benefits are determined by the approved sponsorship level and any additional written agreement between the Organizer and Sponsor. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, sponsorship does not guarantee exclusivity, specific logo placement, booth location, speaking opportunities, attendance, impressions, sales, leads, or other business results.

3. Payment & Contributions
Monetary sponsorships must be paid according to the terms provided by the Organizer. In-kind contributions must be approved in advance. The Organizer and Sponsor will agree upon the nature and recognized sponsorship value of an in-kind contribution before associated benefits are finalized.

4. Sponsor Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate business information and suitable logos, graphics, links, and promotional materials by requested deadlines. Late submission may limit the Organizer's ability to provide certain promotional benefits.

5. Brand & Logo Permission
Sponsor grants the Organizer permission to use the Sponsor's submitted business name, trademarks, and logos solely for reasonable promotion, identification, operation, and recap of Puff & Paint Part 2 and the Sponsor's participation.

6. Compliance With Law
Sponsors remain solely responsible for ensuring their products, services, displays, advertising, promotions, samples, giveaways, and other activities comply with applicable federal, Missouri, and local laws and regulations, licensing requirements, venue policies, and event rules.

7. Cannabis-Related Activities
Puff & Paint is a 21+ BYOC event. Cannabis is not included with admission. Sponsorship does not authorize a Sponsor to sell, distribute, transfer, sample, or otherwise provide cannabis or regulated cannabis products when separate authorization or licensing is required. Any cannabis-related activity must comply with applicable law, licensing requirements, venue rules, and Organizer requirements.

8. Conduct & Safety
Sponsors and their representatives must conduct themselves professionally and safely and comply with reasonable instructions from the Organizer and venue. Unsafe, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or materially disruptive conduct may result in removal.

9. Changes & Cancellation
Event details and sponsorship fulfillment may be reasonably modified because of venue requirements, safety concerns, circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, or operational needs. If the Event is canceled, the Organizer will communicate available options regarding unfulfilled monetary sponsorship benefits.

10. Responsibility
Each Sponsor is responsible for its own representatives, property, equipment, products, services, displays, promotions, and activities. Additional liability and indemnification provisions may be contained in the applicable Sponsorship Agreement.

11. No Guarantee of Results
The Organizer does not guarantee attendance, sales, leads, impressions, media coverage, business opportunities, or any particular commercial result from sponsorship.

12. Acceptance
Submission of the application confirms that the applicant has authority to act on behalf of the sponsoring organization and agrees to comply with these terms, applicable event requirements, and any separately executed Sponsorship Agreement.
