About the event

This free community event brings together families from across Gwinnett County for a day focused on culture, unity, education, and celebration. The event will feature food trucks, vendors, a children’s play zone, bounce houses, entertainment, community recognition, hourly door prizes, and a special Father Recognition initiative that includes providing 100 swag bags for fathers in attendance.

About the application

The Family Gwinnett welcomes donations and community support for our Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration. Donations help provide free family activities, children’s entertainment, community resources, father swag bags, bounce houses, door prizes, cultural programming, and community engagement opportunities for attendees throughout Gwinnett County.

Terms & Conditions

By making a donation or contribution to The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration, the Donor agrees to the following terms and conditions: All donations are voluntary and will be used to support The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration and related community programming. Donations may include monetary contributions, gift cards, door prizes, food, beverages, supplies, merchandise, promotional items, in-kind services, or other approved contributions. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by The Family Gwinnett. The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to determine how donations are distributed and utilized to best support event operations, community engagement, and family activities. Donors understand that donated items may be used for: Door prizes Swag bags Community giveaways Volunteer support Event operations Children’s activities Family engagement activities Community outreach initiatives Donors grant permission for The Family Gwinnett to acknowledge donor support through: Social media recognition Event signage Printed materials Public acknowledgements Marketing and promotional materials unless the donor requests to remain anonymous in writing. The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to refuse donations that do not align with the organization’s mission, family-friendly standards, or event guidelines. Donated items become the property of The Family Gwinnett unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Family Gwinnett is not responsible for lost, damaged, expired, or unused donated items. Donors agree that all donated materials, promotional items, and products must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Donors may not use the event or organization name, logo, or affiliation in a misleading or unauthorized manner. The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to modify event programming, logistics, schedules, or distribution plans as necessary. Donations do not guarantee sponsorship status, exclusive marketing rights, booth space, or advertising placement unless specifically approved in writing. By submitting a donation, the Donor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
