The World AIDS Day Red Dress Run/Walk is the signature fundraiser and awareness event of The Ladies Room SC, designed to unite the Upstate in a bold display of love, remembrance, and resilience. Held annually in honor of World AIDS Day, this event brings together community members, advocates, healthcare partners, and allies to: Honor the lives lost to HIV/AIDS Celebrate those living and thriving with HIV Reignite our collective commitment to ending the epidemic Participants of all genders are invited to show up in red dresses or bold red attire as a visible act of solidarity and resistance. The color red not only honors the legacy of the red ribbon—it symbolizes passion, action, and courage in the face of stigma and silence. This isn’t just a run or walk—it’s a joyful protest, a moving memorial, and a community celebration rolled into one. Whether you're running in heels or walking with your crew, you're making a statement: that HIV is not over, and our community is not invisible. Join us for a day filled with purpose, performances, music, awards, and unity—because together, we rise in red.

Your sponsorship not only helps make this event possible—it fuels life-changing services for trans and nonbinary people of color across the Upstate and beyond.

Terms & Conditions

By registering as a sponsor for the World AIDS Day Red Dress Run/Walk, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment & Confirmation Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment must be made by the deadline specified in your sponsor invoice to ensure inclusion in event materials. 2. Branding & Recognition Sponsors will be recognized according to the benefits outlined in their selected sponsorship tier. Logos must be submitted in high-resolution PNG or vector format by the provided deadline for inclusion in print and digital media. The Ladies Room SC reserves the right to approve or deny the display of sponsor materials at the event. 3. Vendor Setup (If Applicable) Sponsors with tabling privileges must provide their own table, chairs, and any necessary supplies. Setup must be completed within the designated timeframe (8:00 AM–9:00 AM on event day). No electricity will be provided unless previously arranged. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, The Ladies Room SC will make every effort to reschedule but cannot guarantee refunds. 5. Liability Sponsors participate at their own risk. The Ladies Room SC, its partners, and the event venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. 6. Conduct Sponsors are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe presence at all times. Any discriminatory, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
