Featuring live performances from talented student bands, classic field day games and activities, a curated vendor market, and local food trucks, this event is set to be a high-energy evening filled with connection, creativity, and local pride. As a sponsor, your brand will be front and center at one of Cherokee County’s most popular destinations, The Mill on Etowah — drawing families, music lovers, and community members of all ages. Why Sponsor? High Visibility: Your logo will be featured in event marketing, signage, social media, and more Brand Engagement: Connect directly with hundreds of attendees in a fun, positive setting Community Impact: Support youth music education and family-friendly programming in your hometown Partnership Recognition: Be aligned with respected local organizations like Goin’ Social and School of Rock TITLE SPONSOR INCLUDES (LIMIT TO 1) Vendor Space: Premier 10x10 tent space for your business. If a larger tent or space is requested, space will be given. Social Media Exposure: Maximum visibility across Goin' Social Events' social media platforms and paid advertising. On-Site Promotion: Exclusive logo placement at the event location. Branded Marketing: Your company logo will be featured on event fliers and merchandise, while supplies last. Personalized Recognition: Custom-designed social media graphics and frequent shout-outs. Stage Recognition: Multiple sponsorship shout-outs by our event hosts during stage events. On-Stage and After Presence: Your company's logo displayed on stage and across social media for the entire event and following for up to 2 weeks. Shoutouts include thanking the company. Speaking Opportunity: A high-ranking representative from your company will be invited to give a short speech during a designated time, directly engaging with our event attendees.

School of Rock: Field Day – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Event Date: May 17, 2025 Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA Hosted by: Goin’ Social Events 1. Sponsorship Agreement By confirming sponsorship of School of Rock: Field Day, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined herein and to provide financial or in-kind support as detailed in the sponsorship package or agreement with Goin’ Social Events. 2. Sponsorship Benefits Benefits provided to sponsors will align with the agreed-upon sponsorship level (e.g., logo placement, social media mentions, event signage, on-site promotion, etc.). Goin’ Social Events will make every reasonable effort to deliver these benefits as described. 3. Payment Terms All sponsorship fees must be paid in full by May 3, 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. 4. Logo & Branding Materials Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any required promotional materials (e.g., banners, ads, etc.) by April 26, 2025. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to approve all sponsor content used in conjunction with the event. 5. Event is Rain or Shine School of Rock: Field Day will take place rain or shine. All sponsorships are final and non-refundable. 6. Event Conduct & Liability Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove or disallow any sponsor content or activity deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with the values of the event. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and all related partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event. 7. Use of Sponsor Logo By participating, the sponsor grants Goin’ Social Events the right to use their logo, name, and relevant brand materials in promotional materials related to the event (social media, flyers, signage, etc.). 8. Exclusivity Unless otherwise stated in the sponsorship package, sponsorship does not include category exclusivity. Exclusive rights must be arranged separately in writing. 9. Agreement Binding By submitting payment or written confirmation of sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to all terms outlined in this document.
