Sponsor Terms and Conditions – ShopFest Utah 2025
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between sponsors ("Sponsor") and the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce ("Event Organizer") for the sponsorship of ShopFest Utah 2025 (the "Event").
Eligibility Criteria:
Sponsor must provide a product or service that aligns with the overall theme and objectives of ShopFest Utah 2025.
Sponsor must agree to abide by all event policies and guidelines.
Sponsorship Package Selection and Payment:
The Event Organizer shall provide the Sponsor with details of available sponsorship packages, including the benefits and obligations associated with each package.
Sponsor agrees to select a specific sponsorship package and remit the corresponding sponsorship fee to the Event Organizer.
Sponsor agrees to pay the designated sponsorship fee by the specified deadline, as outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Payments shall be made directly to the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce.
Sponsorship Benefits:
The Event Organizer shall provide the Sponsor with the benefits outlined in the selected sponsorship package.
Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions associated with the sponsorship benefits, including logo placement, promotional materials, and any additional perks as specified.
The Sponsor grants the Event Organizer the right to use their name, logo, and any provided marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the Event. The Event Organizer shall use these materials in accordance with the Sponsor's branding guidelines, if provided.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, and the Sponsor is responsible for payment regardless of their participation or presence at the Event.
Indemnification:
The Sponsor must hold harmless and indemnify ShopFest Utah 2025 and the Event Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their sponsorship or participation in the Event.
Termination of Sponsorship:
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate a Sponsor's participation and sponsorship benefits at any time and for any reason, including failure to comply with these Terms or engagement in behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the Event.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
By becoming a Sponsor at ShopFest Utah 2025, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and affirms their commitment to fulfilling their sponsorship obligations.
