VOLUNTEERS - I’m looking for a couple of volunteers to help with parking, set up, check ins and clean up as well as running our youth activities on Sunday! Complimentary tickets available for volunteers!
YOUTH ACTIVITY SPONSOR:I'm looking for a sponsor for our youth activities! Tickets are currently $5 for youth but I'd love to make the event free for kids!
DONATIONS and SPONSORS: I’m looking for donations and/or sponsors for our witchy goodie bags as well as sponsors for the event so I can offer a couple of workshop scholarships (message if a scholarship is needed)
DECORATIONS:Any witchy decorations would be great to help set the mood! They can be retuned after the event!

CAMPING:This event will have the option to stay overnight in a tent, we also have space for a limited number of campers in RVs. Camping is $10 per night for any set up that doesn’t need power. Must be paid in advance! Limited powered spaces $25/night
