By applying to become a sponsor of the Bourbon & Brisket Festival on June 21, 2025, at The Battery Atlanta, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Commitment & Payment 1.1. Sponsorship packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 1.2. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. 1.3. Payments must be made by the agreed-upon deadline. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of sponsorship rights. 2. Sponsorship Benefits & Deliverables 2.1. Sponsors will receive benefits as outlined in their selected sponsorship package. Any modifications must be approved in writing by the event organizer. 2.2. The event organizer reserves the right to adjust event programming, marketing efforts, or placements if necessary, while ensuring sponsor visibility aligns with the agreed package. 2.3. Sponsors are responsible for providing all required promotional materials (logos, ads, banners, digital assets) by the deadlines provided. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from marketing materials. 3. Branding & Promotional Rights 3.1. Sponsors grant Goin’ Social Events the right to use their logo, business name, and promotional materials for event marketing purposes. 3.2. The sponsor may not modify event branding or misrepresent their sponsorship status without prior approval. 3.3. Any on-site activations, signage, or branded experiences must be pre-approved by the event organizer. 4. Event Participation & Conduct 4.1. Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with the family-friendly nature of the event. 4.2. Any on-site presence must comply with event regulations, venue guidelines, and any local laws. 4.3. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any sponsor found engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unlawful activities. 5. Liability & Indemnification 5.1. Sponsors assume all responsibility for their promotional materials, products, and any liabilities arising from their participation. 5.2. The event organizer, venue, and affiliated partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to sponsor participation. 5.3. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Battery Atlanta, and all associated event partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities. 6. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure 6.1. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue issues, government restrictions, etc.), sponsors will be notified as soon as possible. 6.2. Sponsorship benefits may be transferred to a rescheduled date or a future event at the discretion of the event organizer. 7. Agreement & Acceptance By submitting a sponsorship application and/or making payment, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
