Please check-in at the Check-in Booth (directions will be on map) to receive a vehicle pass, booth number, and directions to assigned booth space.
Vehicle passes must be displayed on the dashboard to access the festival area.
Only one vendor pass per booth space rented. Vehicles without a pass will not be permitted access to the festival area.
Booth number will be indicated on the actual booth site.
Booths will be inspected prior to festival start time by the City of Milton and CCA to ensure that vendor set ups reflect application and that set up follows festival rules and regulations.
When unloading vehicle, pull-up as close as possible to booth to allow other vehicles to pass on the street. PLEASE DO NOT SET-UP BOOTH UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE IS MOVED. Quickly unload, move vehicle to assigned parking area, then return on foot to set-up your booth.
All booths must be ready by 8:30 AM Saturday, 10/3/20. Vehicular access to the vendor area will end 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
If a vendor/participant displays items or conducts activities that were not listed on the application, OR has misrepresented activities taking place in any way, the event organizers reserve the right to ask the vendor/participant to leave the event and forfeit all sponsor/vendor fee.
If your booth or display poses a particular risk to attendees, festival planners reserve the right to require proper
insurance documentation.
If your booth/food truck/vendor space includes sale of food items, a copy of your valid food vendor license will need to be on file with event organizers no later than Friday, September 25, 2020. If we do not have your valid license by this date you will not be permitted to offer food at your booth.
If you plan to offer alcohol at your booth/food truck/vendor space you will need have both a State of Georgia and City of Milton pouring permit. If you do not have both of these valid permits on file by Friday, September 25, 2020, you will not be permitted to offer alcohol sales at your booth.

Booths must be kept open from 10 AM to 5 PM Saturday. Breaking down your booth prior to end of festival may result in exclusion from future festival participation.
NO SLANTED TENTS WILL BE PERMITTED THIS YEAR. No tent sharing will be permitted.
All vendors are responsible for set up in the designated timeframe permitted on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Load in and load out instructions will be communicated by the Events team upon approval.
*TENT WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY. TENTS WILL BE INSPECTED. Tents that are not secure are subject for dismissal from the festival. If tent weights are needed please indicate below. Additional fees may apply.
Fire Marshal Requirements: Fire Marshal will be doing their inspection at 8:30am on Saturday. All tents must be weighed down. Any tents over 400 sq. ft. a fire resistive certificate must be provided, these can be found on the tag in the tent. Any tents where food is being cooked, warmed, barbequed, or any other
heat/flame-based process occurring under or within close proximity must provide a flame resistance certificate. Outdoor cooking hat produces sparks or grease-laden vapors shall not be performed under or in close proximity to a tent. An ABC fire extinguisher must be provided for all cooking/warming/hearting
processes. A Class K fire extinguisher must be provided (in addition to an ABC fire extinguisher) for all frying.

By agreeing to be a community vendor or sponsor at the 2020 Crabapple Fest, you assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the rental activity planned by your group (“rental group”). In considerations of the City of Milton and the Crabapple Merchant Association providing permission to use the space requested, you, and all members of your rental group, do hereby release the City of Milton and the Crabapple Merchant Association, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants and agents (collectively the “releasees”), of any and all claims, demands and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, to include any and all bodily or personal injuries, damage to property, and any other damages or injuries, whether foreseen or unforeseen, resulting from or related to participation in the rental activity planned in
the City of Milton and the Crabapple Merchant Association. You and all members of your rental group also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from all claims for bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof arising out of you or your rental group’s joint or several negligence or willful conduct, to include that of your agents, servants or workmen.
