Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Rose Hill Memorial Park – Community Events By agreeing to sponsor events hosted by Rose Hill Memorial Park, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Agreement Sponsorship becomes effective upon receipt of a signed agreement and full payment. All sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, except in the event of event cancellation by Rose Hill Memorial Park. 2. Sponsorship Benefits Sponsorship benefits are outlined in the chosen sponsorship package (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze). Rose Hill Memorial Park will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all benefits as described but reserves the right to adjust placements or opportunities based on event logistics. 3. Use of Logos & Branding Sponsors grant Rose Hill Memorial Park permission to use their logos, names, and promotional materials for event-related marketing. Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any required assets by the specified deadline. All sponsor-provided materials must align with the family-friendly nature of our events. 4. Conduct & Representation Sponsors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Any sponsor activity deemed offensive, disruptive, or misaligned with Rose Hill Memorial Park’s values may result in removal from the event without refund. 5. Liability Rose Hill Memorial Park is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred by sponsors during the event. Sponsors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage. 6. Event Changes & Cancellations Events are typically held rain or shine. However, Rose Hill Memorial Park reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, sponsorships may be credited toward a future event. 7. Exclusivity & Category Rights Sponsorship exclusivity is only guaranteed if specified in the sponsorship package. Category rights (e.g., exclusive funeral home sponsor, exclusive beverage sponsor) are subject to availability and agreement. 8. Compliance Sponsors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including any health and safety requirements. Any promotional giveaways or activities conducted by sponsors must be pre-approved by event organizers. 9. Media & Photography Sponsors consent to being photographed, filmed, and featured in event-related media and promotional materials. 10. Amendments Rose Hill Memorial Park reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as needed. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes. 11. Agreement Acknowledgment Submission of sponsorship payment and/or signed agreement constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
