Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Participation: - All sponsors must complete and submit the application form provided. Approval of sponsorship is at the sole discretion of the Townsend Cades Cove Gateway Alliance (TCGA). - Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received. Benefits and Deliverables: - Sponsors are entitled to the benefits outlined in their selected sponsorship tier. Benefits include admission tickets, promotional opportunities, and specific recognitions as detailed per level. - TCGA will ensure delivery of all benefits as specified, except under circumstances beyond TCGA's control (e.g., weather cancellations). Promotional Material and Recognition: - Sponsors are responsible for providing logos and promotional materials in the required format and timeframe to ensure inclusion in event collateral. - TCGA reserves the right to use sponsor logos and names in promotional content for the duration of the agreement. Cancellation and Refunds: - Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies will vary based on timing, but fees may be partially refundable if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to the event. - In case of event cancellation by TCGA, sponsors will be given the option for a refund or roll-over to a future event. Liability and Insurance: - The sponsor shall indemnify TCGA against any claims arising from their participation or promotional activities at the event. - Sponsors are advised to hold their own insurance where applicable. Modification and Termination: - TCGA reserves the right to modify the event format or terms as necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any substantial changes. - TCGA may terminate the sponsorship agreement for breach of terms without refund. These terms ensure the event's smooth operation and protect both the sponsors and the organizing committee, fostering a successful partnership and community engagement.
