Become a Meet & Treat Sponsor Help us bring Halloween fun to the heart of Ravenswood! ? By becoming a sponsor of the Downtown Meet & Treat on Saturday, October 25, 2025, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, family-friendly celebration for our community. Your support will directly fund: Prizes for the community-wide costume contest Candy for hundreds of local kids Festive decorations to make downtown shine Sponsorship Levels Pumpkin Spice Sponsor – $50 Jack-o-Lantern Sponsor – $100 Caramel Apple Sponsor – $250 Sunflower Sponsor – $500 Sponsor Recognition As a valued sponsor, you will receive: Logo placement on the event flyer (distributed to 1,200 Ravenswood school children) Logo on the event banner displayed along Washington Street for maximum visibility Promotion on Facebook and in our Downtown Ravenswood Partners newsletter Priority booth placement nearest Washington Street (based on sponsorship level) Deadline: Sponsorship commitments are due by October 4, 2025. Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By committing to sponsor the Downtown Meet & Treat event, sponsors agree to the following: Sponsorship Levels & Benefits Recognition benefits (logo placement, priority booth space, flyer/banners, digital promotions) are provided according to the selected sponsorship level. Logos must be submitted in a high-resolution digital format by the stated deadline in order to be included in event materials. Payment Sponsorship payment must be received in full by October 4, 2025 to guarantee inclusion in promotional materials and placement benefits. Payments are non-refundable. Logo & Promotion Use By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor grants Downtown Ravenswood Partners permission to use their name, logo, and brand materials in event promotions (print, digital, and social media). Event Delivery Downtown Ravenswood Partners reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, every effort will be made to honor sponsor recognition through alternate promotions. Priority Placement Sponsor booth placement along Washington Street is determined by sponsorship level and is assigned at the discretion of the event organizers. Liability Sponsors participate at their own risk. Downtown Ravenswood Partners and the City of Ravenswood are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event.

Cash sponsorship	$100.00	Non-refundable	Jack-o-Lantern Sponsor – $100 Step up your impact! In addition to all Pumpkin Spice benefits, Jack-o-Lantern Sponsor logos will be featured on the event flyer distributed to 1,200 Ravenswood school children and on our event banner along Washington Street. They will also receive a booth on Walnut Street, closer to Virginia St. Your contribution helps us purchase candy for hundreds of kids. (First-come, first-served on booth placement).
Cash sponsorship	$250.00	Non-refundable	Caramel Apple Sponsor – $250 This level supports big smiles downtown! Caramel Apple Sponsors receive all Jack-o-Lantern benefits, plus enhanced logo placement on flyers, banners, and digital promotions. You will also receive better booth placement on Walnut St., even closer to Washington St. Your contribution helps fund decorations to make downtown shine. (First-come, first-served on booth placement).
Cash sponsorship	$500.00	Non-refundable	Sunflower Sponsor – $500 Our top-tier sponsors make the biggest difference! Only two of these sponsorships are available, so reserve your position now! Sunflower Sponsors receive all benefits listed above, with premium logo placement on flyers, banners, and social media promotions. You’ll also be recognized during the event as a lead supporter helping to provide costume contest prizes, decorations, and candy for our community’s children. And if you have a booth at the event, you will receive the best placement at positions 1 and 2, right in front of Washington St., and all of the activity.
