About the event

Small-town Americana invites you to enjoy 425+ food and craft booths, live entertainment, contests and games. Come experience a family-friendly event over a three-day weekend in the heart of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, rooted deep in tradition. 57 years strong, the biggest highlight is stirring apple butter in old copper kettles on the courthouse lawn to pay homage to the festival founders. Admission is free, and we have the largest parade in southwest Missouri, wiener dog races, and a fun outdoor shopping experience that will keep you coming back year after year.

Advertise your business or play a friendly prank on your competitor! A sign will placed on the front of the porta potty door that will include the sponsor's business name, logo, booth number (if applicable), as well as a name the sponsor chooses for his/her sponsored porta potty.
