This is year one of The PYE Experience, and we are building it the same way we build everything. Out of pocket. With intention. For our people. No grants. No corporate backing. No safety net. Just a team, a community that believes in the mission, and an unshakeable commitment to creating a space that our people deserve. We have done it before. We are doing it again. And every single time the room fills up, because this experience is necessary. The PYE Experience 2026 is a first-of-its-kind, full sensory immersive one-day event bringing together intentional, consumer-ready creatives, entrepreneurs, healers, and visionaries in Atlanta, GA. Seven intentional spaces. One world. One community. One day built entirely around your energy. Our vision has always been bigger than a ticket price. We want this experience to be free. Fully accessible to every person in our community who needs it, no barriers, no price tags on transformation. That vision is possible. But it requires the right partners. Not sponsors. Partners. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application to PYE CON 2026 you agree to the following terms and conditions. APPROVAL & PAYMENT Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship. All applications are reviewed manually by the PYE team. If approved, full payment is due within 7 days of approval notification. Your sponsorship tier is not held or confirmed without payment. PYE reserves the right to open the tier to other applicants if payment is not received within 7 days. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS All sponsorship payments are non-refundable for any reason. If you need to cancel your sponsorship after payment has been submitted please contact us in writing at protectyoenergycon@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit full payment with no exceptions. BRAND ALIGNMENT PYE reserves the right to decline or revoke any sponsorship that does not align with our mission, values, and community standards, before or after payment is received. If a sponsorship is revoked due to misalignment after payment a partial credit toward a future event may be considered but is not guaranteed. ACTIVATION & DELIVERABLES Sponsors are responsible for staffing and executing their own activations on the day of the event. All activation plans must be submitted to and approved by PYE no later than October 15, 2026. PYE is not responsible for activations that are not submitted or approved by this deadline. All sponsor assets including logos, banners, and marketing materials must be submitted by October 15, 2026. LIABILITY By participating as a sponsor in PYE EXP 2026 you agree to indemnify and hold PYE , Protect Yo Energy, its founders, staff, volunteers, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising directly or indirectly from your participation, activation, or presence at PYE EXP 2026. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN FULL.

Presenting Sponsor	$10,000.00	Non-refundable	The highest level of partnership. Your brand is woven into every part of the PYE CON experience before, during, and after the event. Includes: name in event title across all marketing, Main Stage banner and branded presence, 5-minute welcome on the Main Stage, signature activation booth in the Activation Village, featured in all pre-event email blasts and social media, logo on website and all printed materials, 10 complimentary tickets, and post-event recap feature with attendee data access (with permission).
Energy Partner	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	A deep brand partnership with high visibility and real community connection. Includes: activation booth in the Activation Village, workshop naming rights [Workshop Name] powered by [Your Brand], dedicated social media posts before and after the event, logo on website, event program, and venue banners, 6 complimentary tickets, and featured placement in one pre-event email blast.
Aligned Brand	$2,500.00	Non-refundable	Visible, intentional brand presence with direct access to our community. Includes: branded activation table or curated product sampling opportunity, logo on website and event program, social media tag and mention, and 4 complimentary tickets.
Community Partner	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	The entry point for brands that believe in the mission and want to be part of the movement. Includes: product or brand featured in VIP gift bags, logo on event program, social media mention, and 2 complimentary tickets.
Supporter	$500.00	Non-refundable	For small businesses and independent brands ready to plant their flag in the PYE CON community. Includes: logo on event program, 1 social media shoutout, 1 complimentary ticket, and name listed on website under Community Supporters.
Other	$5.00	Non-refundable	For individuals, organizations, or brands who want to support the mission behind the scenes without public-facing brand placement. Ideal for corporate donors and philanthropic supporters. Contribution amount is custom, contact us directly at protectyoenergycon@gmail.com to discuss. Includes: private acknowledgment from PYE CON leadership, invitation to exclusive partner appreciation gathering, and first right of refusal for public sponsorship in 2027.
