About the event

Hello friends! The '3 GWORLS" are back and very excited to host our 3rd ATL Film Yard Sale this fall at PC&E! This event is FREE to attend as a guest. What is it all about? Our goal is to create an environment for filmmakers to safely sell their gear and film related items in a trustworthy space. With common scams on sites like Facebook Marketplace, we've experienced how difficult it can be to sell equipment to legitimate sources. We will be bringing the film community together to buy, sell and network. We want to provide an opportunity for people to make a couple extra bucks as the strikes have deeply affected our community. It will be a great time to reconnect with friends or make new ones. Please reach out if you have any additional questions/concerns. We are a small team of 3 and we do our best to respond within 1-2 business days! We had the honor to support the Sarah Jones foundation last year. This year, we are honored to support the "Entertainment Community Fund." The Entertainment Community Fund supports those who have a career in the arts, including film, theater, television, music, opera, radio and dance. They provide emergency financial assistance, career resources, counseling and workshops. All proceeds from our ticket drawing purchases and charity table will go towards this fund. We will be updating this Eventeny and our IG page as the date approaches, so please be on the lookout for any important announcements. Thank you for your support! See y'all there. :)

About the application

We are currently looking for sponsors for this high profile community event. Your name as a part of this day would make a huge impact and raise incentive for attendees! We are currently working on perks for our sponsors. We thank you for your patience as we work on this! All proceeds will go to event expenses and the Entertainment Community Fund.

Prices

TIER 1	$150.00	Non-refundable	$150 for a 10x10 space in the main studio room (optional). Great opportunity to hand out swag / pass on info. Verbal shout-out through the event. Social media blasts!
TIER 2	$250.00	Non-refundable	$250+ for a 10x10 space in the main studio room (optional). Great opportunity to hand out swag / pass on info. Verbal shout-out throughout event. Social media blasts! Tier 2 sponsors will also have: Larger logo on any potential merch/banners, opportunity to speak at the event (mic time), and dedicated slides for our looped reels during the course of our event.
Alternative (Subject to approval)	$0.00	Non-refundable	Donations for giveaways that are valued equivalent or greater to the monetary amount are also being accepted for sponsorship.
