About the application

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Scope This sponsorship applies exclusively to a virtual event. No physical booth space, physical materials, or in-person access are included unless explicitly stated in writing by the organizer. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required within 7 days of invoice issuance or immediately upon application approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received in full. 3. Sales Tax & Fees This sponsorship is classified as a digital advertising and marketing service. No sales tax is applied unless required by law. The sponsor is responsible for any taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges applicable in their jurisdiction. 4. Deliverables & Branding Assets The sponsor agrees to provide all required branding assets (logos, brand guidelines, copy, links, videos, etc.) by the deadline communicated by the organizer. Delays in submission may result in reduced exposure, for which the organizer is not liable. 5. Content & Messaging Approval All sponsor content must align with the event’s values and professional standards. The organizer reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request revisions to any content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or misaligned with the event’s mission. 6. Use of Event Name & Materials Sponsors may reference the event and their participation for promotional purposes. Event logos, trademarks, or recordings may not be altered or used in a misleading manner without prior written consent. 7. No Exclusivity Unless Stated Sponsorship does not grant category exclusivity unless explicitly stated in the sponsorship agreement or offer description. 8. Cancellations & Refunds Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once branding, promotion, or digital placements have begun. If the event is postponed, sponsorship benefits will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled, the organizer will determine appropriate alternatives or partial remedies at their discretion. 9. Event Changes The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, schedule, speakers, or platform. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund. 10. Limitation of Liability The organizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, leads, or anticipated ROI. 11. Data & Lead Access Any attendee data or leads shared will be opt-in only and subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws. Sponsors agree to comply with all data privacy regulations when using provided data. 12. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, or government actions. 13. Acceptance of Terms Submission of the sponsorship application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
