Your logo featured in all our marketing materials (whenever possible). Social Media “shout-out” with links as a Sponsor of PalmCon. Audible “shout-out” as a sponsor during the show over the PA system - Twice. You can your marketing materials to all of our VIP Bags. Six VIP Passes to PalmCon: Treasure Coast. TWO PalmCon T-shirts.

We are excited to have you join us in making PalmCon: Treasure Coast the BEST show possible! Please note the following terms you agree to by becoming a Sponsor at PalmCon: Treasure Coast 2025 -  Sponsors must comply with all local, state and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All Sponsors agree to hold blameless the Mid-Florida Event Center, Cosmic Times Media Group, InfinityCon, PalmCon and all PalmCon staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said exhibitors participation in PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025. The Sponsor is responsible for their own security during show hours. The blocking of the aisle, exits, or other exhibitor space will not be allowed.   The Sponsor is 100% responsible for their vehicle (s).  Absolutely no vape, tobacco, or any type of smoking or paraphernalia are allowed. We do not encourage smoking of any kind. If you sell or display vape, tobacco, or any type of smoking items or paraphernalia at the show you will be asked to leave. Any material that can be deemed “adult” in nature must not be displayed at PalmCon. PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025 is a family friendly environment and the display of such material to or in front of a minor will NOT BE TOLERATED. Violating this rule will result in your immediate expulsion from PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025 with no recourse or reimbursement and you WILL BE banned from attending future events hosted by the Cosmic Times Media Group and/or PalmCon. Nudity is NOT allowed at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025 under any circumstances. Any property not removed from the Mid-Florida Event Center that has not been claimed within 24 hours following the end of PalmCon: Treasure Coast - Sunday November 9th will be considered abandoned by the Sponsor. You may give out flyers (or any promotional items) from YOUR booth or table only! You may not walk the isles and hand out flyers (without special permission) if spotted you will be asked to stop. You agree that PalmCon can add your contact information into our email database to receive updates on future shows.   By attending PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025 you acknowledge and agree to grant PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC the right at the event to photograph or capture your likeness and/or the likeness of your minor children for use on social media and print advertisement without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC includes, but is not limited to the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.   PalmCon reserves the right to change, amend, and add to the rules and regulations of the show at anytime. In the event that any new rules are added that prevent you from selling your core product, you will be notified and refunded in full. Assignment of space will be by show management. We will try to accommodate as many special requests as possible but cannot guarantee where you will be located.
