# Community Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Featured Sponsor package for SLC TCG’s Great Summer Card Show, the sponsor agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Sponsorship Benefits
Featured Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
*Premium sponsor table near the main entrance, stanchion-divided and positioned so every attendee entering the event walks past your table.
* Logo placement on the official event sponsor webpage
* Logo inclusion on the event sponsor thank-you graphic
* Mention in the post-event sponsor thank-you recap
* Business name included in sponsor sections of event communications where applicable
* Opportunity to provide promotional materials, such as flyers, coupons, stickers, business cards, or giveaway items, for distribution at the event check-in table, subject to approval
Sponsor Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, promotional materials, business information, website links, and any other requested assets by the deadlines provided by SLC TCG.
Failure to provide materials by the requested deadline may result in the sponsor being excluded from certain printed materials, digital graphics, event communications, or other promotional placements.
SLC TCG reserves the right to refuse or remove any sponsor materials that are inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, misleading, low-quality, or inconsistent with the event’s values, audience, or brand standards.
Promotional Material Distribution
Sponsor-provided promotional materials may be placed at the event check-in table or another designated sponsor area, subject to SLC TCG approval and available space.
Placement of sponsor-provided materials does not guarantee that all materials will be distributed to attendees.
Distribution is subject to attendee interest, available space, venue rules, and event operations.
No Exclusivity
Community Sponsorship does not provide category exclusivity.
SLC TCG may accept sponsorships from multiple businesses within the same industry, category, or market segment.
Event Modifications
SLC TCG reserves the right to modify event schedules, layouts, promotional plans, signage locations, sponsor placement, or sponsorship benefits if necessary due to operational requirements, venue restrictions, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
SLC TCG will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable sponsorship value if a listed benefit must be adjusted.
Refund Policy
Community Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SLC TCG.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the new event date whenever reasonably possible.
If a sponsor fails to provide required materials by the requested deadlines, no refund or partial refund will be issued for missed promotional placements.
Use of Sponsor Branding
By participating, the sponsor grants SLC TCG permission to use the sponsor’s submitted name, logo, website link, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
This may include use on the event webpage, social media, email communications, event graphics, printed materials, signage, and post-event recap content.
Limitation of Liability
SLC TCG does not guarantee any specific level of attendance, sales, leads, customer acquisition, website traffic, social media engagement, brand exposure, or return on investment resulting from sponsorship participation.
Sponsor participation is promotional in nature and does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or endorsement unless otherwise stated in writing.
Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors and sponsor representatives are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, staff, guests, and venue representatives.
SLC TCG reserves the right to remove sponsor materials or revoke sponsorship participation if a sponsor engages in conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the event experience.
Acceptance
Submission of payment for a Community Sponsorship constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
