Chelan Pride Drag Show Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By becoming a sponsor for the Chelan Pride Annual Drag Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Benefits - Sponsors will receive business ad placement on the big screen at the historic Ruby Theatre before and after the Drag Show. - Sponsors will receive a verbal acknowledgment during the event from our Spectacular Drag Show Hosts. - Sponsors will receive exclusive Chelan Pride Swag as a token of appreciation. 2. Business Alignment with Chelan Pride Values - Chelan Pride is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. - Sponsors must uphold and reflect these values in their business practices, messaging, and community engagement. - Sponsorship may be declined or revoked if a business is found to engage in actions or messaging that conflict with Chelan Pride’s mission of inclusivity and celebration. 3. Payment & Commitments - Sponsorship payment must be submitted in full by the agreed-upon deadline to secure promotional benefits. - All provided business advertisements must meet Chelan Pride’s content guidelines and be submitted before the final deadline to ensure inclusion in the show’s presentation. 4. Content Guidelines - Sponsor ads must be inclusive and non-discriminatory in accordance with Chelan Pride’s mission. - Advertisements must not contain offensive, explicit, or defamatory content. Chelan Pride reserves the right to reject any materials that do not align with our community values. 5. Use of Sponsor Name & Logo - Sponsors grant Chelan Pride permission to use their name, logo, and brand assets for promotional purposes related to the Drag Show and associated events. 6. Cancellation & Refunds - Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Chelan Pride. - If a sponsor withdraws, promotional benefits may be forfeited, and payments will not be refunded. 7. Liability Disclaimer - Chelan Pride and its organizers are not liable for technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or venue limitations that may impact sponsorship visibility during the event. By submitting your sponsorship payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
